Podobała nam się lokalizacja hotelu, wygodne łóżko, czystość pokoju.

Cons:

Bardzo duże uszkodzenia, drzwi , futryny, ściany . Mało estetycznie rozłożone śniadanie, bardzo cienkie ściany, słuchać gości obok, personel mało sympatyczny. Słabe oświetlenie, telewizor raz się wyłączał , raz nie miał dźwięku. Obdrapany stolik, brak łyżki do butów , cena nie adekwatna do jakości i wyglądu pokoju oraz obsługi.

Była w hotelu ze swoim niewidomym mężem. Towarzyszył nam jego pies przewodnik. Podczas meldunku pani z recepcji poprosiła nas aby pies został w pokoju gdy będziemy schodzić na śniadanie następnego dnia. Ja jestem osobą słabowidzącą ale widzę na tyle, że jestem w stanie pomóc mężowi a co by było gdyby był sam? dostał by śniadanie do pokoju z tego co personel uznał by za stosowne? a może odmówiono by mu pokoju ze względu na psa?

Poloha. Všade čisto, milý personál. Blizko do centra a len par krokov do centra časti Kazimerz.

Cons:

Izba bola orientovana na rusnu ulicu. Hluk z električiek sa prenášal do izby. Vnimanie hluku bolo však otupene nasou unavou, takze celkovy dojem dobry.

Una estada magnífica

És un hotel súper ben situat, a prop de tot. L’habitació era perfecta per a nosaltres, hi entrava molta llum i l’aire acondicionat funcionava perfectament.
