Perfect location, Reception staff friendly and very helpful, special shout out to Bart for top tips on visiting the castle and organising our reservation in the Hotels Sky Bar.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La situation géographique au bord de la Vistule et à côté du château était magnifique. On a profité également de la jolie terrasse du restaurant sur le toit.

Cons:

Le personnel au service pourrait être plus accueillant et souriant.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.
Pros:

Sijainti on erinomainen, ihan lähellä vanhaakaupunkia ja Wavelin linnan vieressä. Huoneet olivat erittäin siistit, käytännölliset ja puhtaat. Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja puhui erinomaisesti englantia.

Cons:

Aamiaisbuffetin valikoima oli suomalaiseen makuun suppea - esimerkiksi maitotuotteita, tuoreita vihanneksia ja hedelmiä oli varsin vähän. Tavallinen tummapaahtoinen suodatinkahvi olisi maistunut paremmalta kuin koneesta saatavat erikoiskahvit. Keski- ja Etelä-Euroopassa tällainen on kyllä varsin tyypillistä hotelleissa.
