Pros:

Fint läge och trevligt. Lite jobbigt och högljutt i och med en pride festival som pågick och tydligen hade en samlingspunkt i hotellet.

Cons:

Pridefestivalen som pågick. Svårt att undvika detta i och med att de verkade ha en träffpunkt på hotellet, bra om man informerat om detta vid bokningen.

Greit hotel, valgte det fordi de hadde basseng, men det var veldig lite.

Vi måtte betale ekstra for frokost, selv om vi hadde bestilt med frokost. Når vi skulle spise var det veldig fullt fordi tomme bord ikke ble ryddet av. Bar preg av å være underbemannet.

Cons:

Ej tättslutande skjutdörr på toaletten känns väldigt märkligt. Trängseln vid frukosten var bland det värsta jag varit med om.

Excellent location, good staff, good value for price
Pros:

Excellent value for price, with appreciated seating areas to catch up with friends and get a drink. Room was clean, a little on the small side, and bed comfortable. The only drawback to the room was it was difficult to modulate the temperature inside. There is no AC so you have to open the window which means water can come in when raining and can be a bit noisy. I would stay here again, especially for the ideal location to get anywhere on foot.

Savnet minibar/ kjøleskap på soverommet, og dobbeltseng. 2 enkeltsenger som delte seg. God frokost, men juicen var utvannet.

Frukosten kostade 210kr . Jag har bott på clarion Östersund över trettio gånger det senaste året. Men det här var sista gången. Varför ingår inte frukost i rummet????😡😡
