Nomikos Villas

Overall rooms were very good and excellent view of caldera. We had booked 6 rooms. Two rooms had beds that you have to climb to get in. Not comfortable for 60+ years olds. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time. Staff are excellent and always helpful.

It’s perfectly situated in between Fira and Oia, making it super easy to explore by foot or by 4wheeler, The property itself is old, very outdated and much like staying in a cave with a poor view from the room of the caldera as well as the directions to finding it.
The plus however is the staff they are all truly fantastic and very kind

Amazing

Beautiful and convenient location. The property and room were stunning (that view!), so clean. Breakfast delivered to our lanai everyday. Pool was not heated, but a hot tub was also available. Much less crowded than Fira or Oia, right next to great restaurant (Onar’s), and the caldera rim trail. Minor things: shower water took a long time to get warm. Directions to the hotel from the street were not very clear, so we initially had a tough time locating.

I had a lovely stay at Nomikos Villas and, on a larger scale, in Santorini. My suite was enormous and simply but comfortably furnished. The staff, especially Natalia at the front desk, were friendly. The view from the balcony area where you eat breakfast while gazing out at the ocean is gorgeous. The aparthotel is roughly 15-20 minutes on foot from Fira, the island's capital. My only suggestion is to add more variety to the breakfast options. If you choose the bakery option, for example, you receive two slices of marble cake every day. Maybe substitute something else occasionally for the marble cake? Otherwise, everything worked out really well.

Reception staff were extremely helpful and very nice. Our room had the bed on a loft so climbing up a small staircase and a low ceiling was a bit unexpected as these rooms aren’t featured in the fotos. View and morning breakfast on the porch made it all worthwhile so had a great time!! Would definitely come back.

Beautiful view of the hills, gorgeous apartment-like room, private patio, breakfast delivered to my room every day! Perfect location—blocks from the bustling center of Fira, but far enough away to be so quiet at night!

I did get lost trying to find it, so definitely get directions from the hotel!

To start off, I give A to ALL staff members at Nomikos Villas in beautiful Santorini. Kind, helpful, went out of their way to make us feel at home! This was my 2nd time staying at Nomikos, it's beauty, it's location, absolutely breathtaking 😍 ❤️ Highly recommended

Close to Fira but far enough away not to be too busy. For a place with a caldera view and pool it is great value!

My family and I stayed at Nomikos Villas for 3 days in September. Our room was right in front of the pool area with amazing views of the ocean. From the time we arrived until we left the staff was absolutely amazing. Giga was there to take carry our luggage, bring us breakfast, and make us drinks at the pool bar. Olga was very helpful with day-to-day things that came up. Luka was there at night to make sure we didn't need anything. All the staff work really hard, and it made our stay so relaxing. Oia is about a 20-minute cab ride, but there are restaurants near the villa that you can walk too as well. We suggest the restaurant Onar which has amazing food and sunset views. The only thing that I would warn about is if you have a hard time walking or going up and down steps this is not the area you should stay in. We absolutely loved it at Nomikos Villas and would recommend everyone to book here. We will defiantly be back again, and we hope to see all the staff again!! Thank you

Nomikos Villas is a fabulous place to stay. Our room was great and the view is incredible. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Giga is awesome. He is there day and night and does everything from carrying your luggage to bringing your breakfast. Probably the best service we ever had. Absolutely loved it there.

People are nice .view is amazing .no coffee machine ,very hard for old people or handicap person.
They changed the toom for us when they found it is too hard to go to the bed in the second level and bathroom in the first level.

This is one of the most amazing stays I’ve ever had in a hotel! The staff is fantastic, the hospitality overwhelmingly wonderful. The breakfast, which is included, is delicious. The property is absolutely beautiful, with sweeping ocean and skyline views out your front door. I can’t believe how much I loved this place and encourage anyone to not hesitate to book here. The staff really sets it apart.

Beautiful view, great location, wonderful breakfast on patio! Simple hotel..not extravagant. Never used pool..very small. Wonderful for the price and very walkable area. Very safe and great service. Loved our trip.

The location was beautiful and amazing! Many of the amenities listed on Expedia do not actually exist at the property. No restaurant or cafe, no spa, no laundry, and only one small, modest poolside bar not 2 bars as stated on the website. Our bathtub was dirty and the bedsheets were stained. The towels were frayed and very scratchy.
