clean comfortable safe stay in a great location
Pros:

great location, clean, safe, awesome breakfast, great staff, gave me an early check in when i arrived quite early with my young child, rooms comfortable and well equipped. Ordered room service which was quick.

Cons:

rooms are rather small, but served the purpose. everything else made up for the size of the room.

Excellent warm hospitality
Pros:

Staff from restaurant, check in check out were attentive friendly and genuinely hospitable. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Cons:

Nothing to not like they made feel welcome after a lot of travel in India it makes a big difference to have a welcoming staff that want to genuinely make you’re stay comfortable

Good hotel at a great location
Pros:

Location is super central, right on MG Road, Church street is walkable for cafes and book stores. Staff are very helpful, one of them spent over 10 minutes explaining about membership and helped us sign up as well. Rooms are pretty good size, room service is good as well. Food is good. They give enough complimentary bottles of water.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of. While the location is central walking around may not be pleasant due to insane traffic that doesn't stop for pedestrians.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful starting right from security to reception staff to room service. Service with a smile. An Intern Siva was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. He would be a great asset to your team. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Buffet breakfast had a great spread of food ..loved it.
