Trip worth remembering.
Pros:

The staff was so helpful. Diya from the Guest liaison team was very helpful. I think her service even before we checked in was so nice that it made us feel welcome. Diya is very organised, resourceful and very helpful she organises everything with a passion and sees things with a very fine comb for details.

Amazing time at the Hyatt Centric MG Road
Pros:

The event staff, Vasu and Sanjay, were absolutely amazing. Great attention to detail and very quick to comply to our requests.

Anushka, the event manager, was exceptional as well. Gave us a tour of the hotel rooms and facilities, and even offered us complimentary lunch at the end of a tiring day.

Will definitely come back again!
