We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service provided was impeccable. They were prompt with the room service, greeted us with a smile at all times and even gave us a cake at the end of our stay! Ayisha, Trsihna, Muskan and the others I don’t seem to recall the names of, made our stay very memorable. Would visit again soon!
Breakfast is good.
It's not value for money compared to price charged by the hotel. Rooms are extremely small and comparable with 3 star hotel. Charges on consumablebare like 3x than any other Hyat hotel. Wash rooms are extremely small and view from room directly opens up into residential colony.

Cleanliness of Public Areas
This centrally-located property was clean and in good condition. Comfortable bed and I loved the bathroom. Nice variety of food for breakfast and very friendly staff. From the front desk staff to housekeeping to the restaurant. Shout-out to Muskam, Trishna, Aryan and Joseph for taking excellent care of me during my stay!
Rooms were a bit small. Perfect for single or ok for a couple, but on the small side for sharing with a friend.
While the room was clean and the staff at the restaurant were brilliant , the attitude and behavior of the front office was questionable leaving a bad taste .
Despite booking a rate with breakfast via the App , was told prior to check in that breakfast was not included . At the time of check in at the hotel the manager on duty apologised and offered a dinner on the house as a gesture and apology . Which i declined. The manager offered instead a discount of 25 % .
At the time of check there was another person offered nothing .Making me wonder what I had done wrong .
