We were elated with the generous room upgrade. The staff are extremely courteous - right from the front desk to the restaurant. Their Guest Relation Officer - Ms. Aiysha, is extremely kind and helpful.
We had a good experience for the naming ceremony event for my daughter. We are taken care of by Sanjay, Prajwal and Jilson of the banquet team. Will recommend this place for banquet events.
Service was amazing especially Sanjay, Jilson and Vikram done a tremendous work.

Rooms are absolutely small, like a rathole. For that prize, it must have been a little bigger.
