The stay was pleasant, except for the time during breakfast, when the staff seemed overwhelmed.

The hotel is centrally located. The location is also very safe. A pro tip is to ask the staff at the reception during check-in if they have any room with City View. They were very nice, and really cooperative, and allotted me one. My mother was travelling with me, and she LOVES rooms with the City View, and I truly appreciated this gesture.

The room was nice, and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The housecleaning staff, Seeta, was very kind and helpful. Nidhi at the reception desk, Rudra and Jitu at the door, all were extremely kind, helpful and nice, and made both of us (my mother and I) feel like we were at home.

Cons:

It seemed like the staff were overwhelmed during breakfast, that led to slower delivery of order, and as mentioned above, wrong order being delivered multiple times.

Pros:
