Pros:

Personal was very helpfull and proffesional. Nice and comfortable room, balcony, a big bathroom , toiletries. Breakfast was good. We have booked a dinner at the restaurant for the group of 12 and food and service was fantastic. Location is perfect, close to the ferry port, restaurants, metro station from where you can reach an airport in 50 minutes. Will definately stay there again.

Cons:

AC is old and noisy.

In my opinion, this is not a 5 stars hotel… old room, poor breakfast, no breakfast box, low water pressure
