Konforlu, rahat ve manzaralı
Pros:

Genel olarak temizdi, merkeze biraz uzak olsada ulaşım araçları çok yakınındaydı. Konforlu ve rahat bir oteldi, ailecek konfor anlamında sorun yaşamadık.

Cons:

Sabah kahvaltıları 10:30 da bitse de saat 10 dan sonra servis çok yavaşlıyor ve bir çok ürün tükeniyor. Oda servisi temizlik konusunda iyiydi ancak tükenen banyo malzemekerini yenilemediler, istekte bulunduğumuzda gelip resepsiyondan alın dendi. Hoş bir yaklaşım değildi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ama servis konusunda kendilerini yenilemeli ve daha çözüm odaklı olmalılar.

Location with city view was the best part. Although hotels staffs missed smile on their faces our overall stay was brilliant.

Cons:

Oda temizliğinde eksiklikler vardı. Çocuğumuz gece kustugu için yatağı kaldırdığımız bir çok çeşit gıda ve toz vardı. Ayrıca lobi bardaki garson ilk önce büyük masa gösterip daha sonra bizi küçük masaya ikna etmeye çalıştı.Rahatsız edici bir durumdu.
