The staff is friendly and efficient, the room is comfortable. Quiet area. Good location if you bike or is OK taking one tram to the central station. Next to Bimhuis, the best jazz hall in Amsterdam.
Breakfast is so crowded that I gave it up and took it in another hotel nearby.

Very good breakfast with big variety, amazing view from the rooms right on the river. They also gave a teddy bear gift to our son when we arrived which he loved!
The location of the hotel was a 25min walk from the center of Amsterdam

The reception and lobby was very modern and beautiful.
The rooms were very old fashioned and rundown compare to the lobby. Expected a four star hotel to have individual washing products instead of two multipurpose bottles.
