Nachdem wir zuvor leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung in einem anderen Hotel gemacht hatten, hat dieses Hotel unser
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde uns mit den Koffern geholfen, und auch an der Rezeption wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert.

Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Upgrade unseres Zimmers. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein weiteres Highlight war die Bar mit einer sehr guten Auswahl an Drinks. Auch der Room Service hat uns überzeugt: Die Bestellung direkt aufs Zimmer war völlig unkompliziert, wurde sehr schnell geliefert und das Essen war sehr lecker.

Alles war seht gut haben keine Negative Punkte.

Pros:

This property was amazing to stay at, just a short walk into the central Amsterdam , but far away enough to be out of the hustle and bustle, comfy large bed and spacious room, restaurant on site was amazing and the buffet breakfast was the best I had ever had, staff were great will definitely stay here again if I come back to Amsterdam again.
