Very good facility with a good price. If we came to Vienna again, we would stay here.
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable, clean and nice, staff was very friendly. Considering the price we paid, this is one of the best hotels we could have stayed in

Pros:

Das Zimmer zum Hof. Wurde gefragt welches Stockwerk und ob es ruhiger sein soll.
Das Rezeptionspersonal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich konnte das Gepäck nach dem Auschecken an der Rezeption lassen. Es wurde mit Bändern gekennzeichnet und nicht in einem Raum mit vielen Koffern abgestellt, in dem quasi jeder noch ein Gepäckstücke mitnehmen kann.
Die Lage. Mariahilferstr und Westbahnhof sehr nah. Von dort mit U3 fünf Stationen zum Stephansdom, Sehenswürdigkeiten zum Sacher.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine im Zimmer. Aber die Toilette war im separaten Raum.

1 wunderbare Woche in Wien
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Bei ausgefallenem Licht in der Dusche und Wasserpfütze wegen undichtem Syphon war das Housekeeping umgehend zur Stelle. Bei Fragen an der Rezeption wurde einem sehr freundlich weitergeholfen.
Empfehlung: Beim Frühstück hat mir eine Streichwurst oder eine Fleischwurst gefehlt. Das Frühstück war aber gut und umfangreich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es einen muffigen Geruch der durch lüften in 8 Tagen nur vorübergehend wegzubekommen war. Wir vermuten der undichte Syphon hat schon länger geleckt.

A very good and decent hotel for the family to stay
Pros:

Very good breakfast with lots of options to eat. Vegetarians have good options. Location is very closer to tram station and metro station (5 min walk). Lot of good street food eateries nearby. There are two excellent Indian restaurant which are even liked by Austrians. Very courteous staff with good hospitality.

Cons:

Nothing to say. I did not find anything to right here. Veg Wraps and Durum based items can be included in the breakfast.

Wäre der Geruch nicht gewesen, würde ich das Hotel trotz anderer kleiner Mankos weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit Anbindung an ÖPNV, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokale und Bars. Freundliche Mitarbeitende. Großer Kleiderschrank; das Zimmer hatte insgesamt eine angenehme Größe und war hell. Es war ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster (Zimmer ging nach hinten raus).

Cons:

Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit deutlichen Abnutzungsspuren, auch an den Wänden sichtbare Schäden. Die Latexmatratze war für mich leider sehr unbequem. Größter Minuspunkt: Der Teppich hat sehr stark gerochen, nach Muff, Füßen. Ich hatte die gesamte Zeit das Fenster auf Kipp geöffnet trotz winterlicher Temperaturen im Februar.
