Struttura comoda e staff molto disponibile

La posizione della struttura. Il personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile a delle nostre necessità, inoltre abbiamo avuto un problema personale e ci hanno permesso di effettuare il check out un’ora e mezza dopo.

Le camere dovrebbero essere un po’ rinnovate. migliorerei la pulizia c’ era troppa polvere in camera

Hotel op zeer goede locatie voor openbaar vervoer (met kamer aan de achterzijde !)
Pros:

Het hotel ligt aan een drukke baan maar ik had een kamer aan de achterkant gevraagd en ook gekregen. Het Westbahnhof ligt op wandelafstand van waaruit heel veel openbaar vervoer vertrekt. Dit was de reden van mijn keuze in combinatie met de prijs. De kamer was goed maar ik kan me voorstellen dat een douche in de kamer niet voor iedereen aangenaam is. Enkel het toilet is afgescheiden door een deur. Verduistering was ook goed. Receptionist was heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijtbuffet viel me wat tegen. De broodjes waren afgebakken en vrij hard. De keuze was oke maar niet meer dan dat. Ik had iets meer verwacht van een viersterrenhotel.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, ich komme gerne wieder.

Ein hübsches und sympathisches Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Preiswertes Komfortablrs und stylisches Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage konnte ich leider nicht abstellen obwohl ich das aufgrund der angenehmen frühlingshaften Temperaturen gerne gemacht hätte. In meinem Pyjama wollte ich nicht zur Rezeption gehen ☺️
