buena opcion en cartagena.
Pros:

buen servicio. buena comida. buenas instalaciones, un poco costoso. deberian abrir uno en la zona de la boquilla. al otro lado de bocagrande, cerca a crespo. bocagrande ya esta saturado. seria bueno contar con un dorado plaza sede boquilla con los mismos servicios de boca grande. ademas deberian aprovechar la construccion del malecon que se esta adelantando en esa zona de cartagena.

Cons:

hay mucho caos en la recepcion a la llegada. deberian separar grupos de personas en familias, deberian identificar las ventanillas de acceso. deberian contratar mas gente en la recepcion cuando sepan que llega bastante turista o huespedes.

Pésimo servicio, se demoraron demasiado al realizar el check in y simplemente fue porque no nos atendieron a pesar de la disponibilidad, a veces realizaban la limpieza y otras no, no cambiaron las toallas y cuando se les pidió realizarlo, respondieron de mala manera y nunca lo hicieron. Aparte, tenía aspecto de piscina municipal, el ambiente daba ese aspecto. El bar 24/7 súper pésimo! La calidad de las bebidas demasiado deficiente, los snaks de igual manera! Súper terrible, a mi me dieron a las justas un tequeño. El trato del personal, bueno de la mayoría, poco amables y serviciales. Cuando realizamos el check out, no me dejaron ingresar a las instalaciones a pesar de haber estado buena cantidad de días. El proceso del check out también se demoraron mucho.

O hotel é bem limpo, os funcionários estão cuidando da limpeza o tempo todo, os funcionários são impecáveis, especialmente a Gerente Amparo que nos recebeu super bem e tava lá sempre preocupada com tudo e todos, achei confortável, organizado, o buffet é básico e vão alternando, às vezes colocam umas coisas diferentes como um arroz de mariscos que tava incrível! O bar é bom também.

Não gostei dos copos do bar, são pequenos, a gente gosta de drinks instagramavel

Building is not in great shape. Food is OK. Staff is hit or miss. Don’t have company.
Pros:

View and location were nice. Food was decent. The gentlemen who welcomed me was great. The staff and drinks in the VIO bar were superb.

Cons:

I brought a friend back and your security guard made her feel like a prostitute. It was a big problem. Then your receptionist charged me 500 COP for her to enter the building. Paper Dixie cup drinks by the pool are nonsense.
