We specifically paid for a room with air conditioning, yet from the moment we arrived on Friday, the AC has not worked p

It was quite central and close to the Pisa Centrale Train stations and to the Pisa Tower (however, a taxi is still needed)

Staff courteous and available during day and night.

Cons:

Sound insulation is extremely poor. Can hear people making phone calls in the room next to mine.
Hotel looks old and in desperate need for an update. Wall tiles in the bathroom were chipped. It looked as some plumbing work happened but tile no replaced in area where the pipes are.
This is supposed to be a 4 stars Hotel but it can hardly meet standards for a three stars accommodation.
Breakfast was good. Staff across the whole hotel were pleasant and very helpful.
