Pros:

Very friendly staff, quite location, parking on site for a fee.booked just before arriving in the hotel with no issues. Asked for a twin room overall good experience.

Cons:

The room was too hot, there was nothing to do to change the temperature , the mattress kind of felt strange, parking for a fee not much to do around the hotel but close to the tram and bus, two stops downtown.

Excellent hotel let down by very disappointing restaurant food. Snacks in Bar were excellent.
