Pros:

Visiting Reykjavik for the first time, I asked the middle-aged woman at the counter how to get to the BSI bus station a few miles away. In response, she sneered at me and told me that it would be impossible for her to book me a private shuttle if that's what I wanted.

Additionally, the staff accidentally cancelled my prepaid hotel booking. The same woman accused me of trying to swindle the room for free. I felt personally attacked on multiple occasions.

Posizione ottima, albergo moderno e sempre accogliente, colazione con abbondante scelta, di qualità anche se limitata nei dolci. Rapporto qualità prezzo valido.

Cons:

Stanza troppo piccola, letti singoli piccoli e mancanza di riscaldamento nella mia camera (interna senza finestra), la temperatura era comunque accettabile vista la posizione della camera però servirebbe poter aver un dispositivo per regolare e gestire la temperatura. Bagno adeguato.
