Amazing hotel in the old town centre
Pros:

Beautiful rooms classy yet fresh and modern, amazing spa and overall really great experience. The spa has a small pool, steam room and dry sauna, along with three individual hot stones. Also cold plunge pool and open showers.

Cons:

Not a big thing but no changing rooms/private showers in the spa area. Lockers were available, but easier to go up to your room. Bathrobes and slippers were provided.

Séjour en Cracovie
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville, le petit déjeuner était très bon, le lieu chargé d’histoire, personnel aimable et le spa est parfait.

Cons:

La porte de la chambre est mal isolé. On entend absolument tous les bruits du couloir, ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile.

Location is outstanding. No distance at all from the main square.Old world feel
Room sizes are big.Noise wasn’t a issue being so close to the square
Spa facilities were great after long walks around Auschwitz and Salt mines.

Cons:

Having to keep reprogramming door keys due to system problems.But hey minor detail .

The location is perfect, just a stones throw from the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very glad of the Spa as I had a daily massage. The 9 course tasting menu was amazing. Comfy bed in a lovely clean room.
