Estupendo hotel, maravillosa ubicación.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, un hotel pequeño, con estupenda atención, habitaciones cómodas y confortables, y hermosa vista.

Cons:

El límite del horario para desayunar en domingo podría ser hasta más tarde, es hasta las 10:30 am.

Fantastyczny pobyt w samym sercu Krakowa – piękne wnętrza, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania i profesjonalna,
Pros:

Wspaniały pobyt! Szczególnie polecam strefę SPA oraz masaż Sodashi. Śniadania są na bardzo wysokim poziomie – karta ciepłych dań zachwyca, a szparagi z jajkami i owsianka były absolutnie wyśmienite. Skusiłam się również na lunch degustacyjny, który okazał się świetnym doświadczeniem kulinarnym. Na pewno wrócę!

Tolle Lage des Hotels
Pros:

Das geräumige Zimmer, das Bad und vor allem der moderne, sehr ansprechende und besondere Möglichkeiten bietende Spabereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Frühstückssaal wirkt etwas karg, und das Frühstücksbuffet hätte eine
reichhaltigere Auswahl bieten können. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar und trägt somit zu einem tollen Urlaub bei. Man erreicht zu Fuß in Kürze alle baulichen und kulturellen Schönheiten Krakaus. Die Straßenbahnanbindungen sind obendrein sehr gut. Somit haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Wie oben angemerkt, hat uns alles gut gefallen, wenn auch der Frühstücksraum etwas freundlicher und weniger kantinenähnlich wirken und das Frühstücksangebot etwas vielfältiger sein könnte.

Przestronny pokój z wygodnymi łóżkami.

Cons:

Hotel znajduje się przy ul. Floriańskiej. Okna pokojowe wychodzą na ulicę, na której życie nocne trwa do godziny 5 nad ranem. Przy otwartym oknie hałas jest tak duży, że w ogóle spać nie można.

המלון נמצא בארמון מהמאה ה14 ברחוב מרכזי ליד הכיכר המרכזית בעיר העתיקה בקרקוב. המלון מתוחזק היטב ברמה גבוהה. מקום סואן אבל היה שקט מאוד.
צוות המלון מאוד מקצועי וידידותי. החדר נקי. יש ספא נהדר. כל יום הגענו אליו.

Wonderful Staff and location!
Pros:

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Always ready to help and always trying their best. Pleasant, agreeable, and jovial. Couldn't wish for a better staff than the one you currently have within the facility

Cons:

The rooms were not that isolated, but that wasn´t a real issue as its quite peacful at night.
The way to the bathroom from the pool is quite extensive, but oh well thats just a leg training then, so it wasnt really a bother

In palazzo storico molto bello, posizione ottima in centro con molti servizi disponibili sulla via e nelle vicinanze. Ristorante nella guida Michelin rossa.

Cons:

Colazione essenziale nonostante il contesto: no sezione “salato caldo” (omelette a pagamento), quella dolce molto ridotta. Ottima la presenza di mirtilli e fragole fresche. Prezzo eccessivo considerata la scarsa scelta. Peccato: essendo in tour e visite durante il soggiorno di 4 notti, fare una colazione nutrizionalmente varia e completa avrebbe reso il soggiorno perfetto.

Świetne miejsce, gdyby nie parking…
Pros:

Czysto, obsługa świetna, śniadania z bardzo jakościowych składników. Strefa spa na poziomie.

Cons:

Cały pobyt przebiegł świetnie.
Gdyby nie ostatnie wrażenie i odbiór auta z nietaniego parkingu zapewnionego przez hotel. Auto zostało podstawione całe w zaschniętych ptasich odchodach oraz żywicy. Dodatkowo próbując zmyć zaschnięty brud, porysowałem sobie lakier :(
