Pokój 108 dzieli ścianę z pionem kanalizacyjnym. Każda spuszczona woda w toalecie w nocy czy poranne prysznice gości rozpoczynające sie od mniej wiecej 6.00 rano są słyszalne jakbyś stał w deszczu pod rynną. Jeśli masz lekki sen - noc z głowy. Hotel tej klasy, powinien wyłączyć taki pokój z użytkowania.

The hotel, room, and services were clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous, helpful, and (with one exception) knowledgeable. Because of its location--a short walk from the city center--it was easy to get to tourist destinations.

Cons:

Night noise. The hotel's location--Florianska--very near the center of town, is a conduit for drunken, all-night partiers. By "all-night" I mean until about 4 a.m. in the morning. I was a guest the third week of June. After great difficulty sleeping the first night, the hotel agreed to switch me to the 3rd floor, side street (Tomasza). The second night, unfortunately, the hotel's fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning. Elevators were disabled so I had to walk down to the front desk to learn there was no fire, only a problem with the alarm system, then trudge back up the stairs, waiting for the alarm to stop (about an hour). The third night the noise from the drunken street partiers was almost as bad as the first night, despite being on Tomasz and one flight more distant from the street.
