Utmärkt läge, fin frukost men dålig ljudmiljö.
Pros:

En mycket fin frukost med möjlighet att beställa från meny, utmärkt baristakaffe och ett fint urval av pålägg och gott surdegsbröd. Restaurangen håller en fin nivå även för andra måltider
De har ett väldigt vackert spa i källaren där man förutom behandlingar(dessa kostar), inkluderat i priset är tillträde där en kan ta del av olika typer av bad, duschar och bastu.

Cons:

Den utomordentligt dåliga ljudisoleringen. En kan tycka att ett 5-stjärningt hotell inte ska behöva läman ut öronproppar. Framförallt är det inte gatuljud, vilket är att accepera på en central adress. Problemet är ljud från avlopp, ljudläckage från dörren.

Un bon séjour..
Pros:

L emplacement,la chambre,le personnel ,le restaurant le soir

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pas spécial ,et dans le spa manque de confort,manque de barres pour descendre dans les bains froids il manque de transats pour se relaxer, sauf deux lits, au sol, ce n’est pas fait pour les personnes plus âgées. Et pas de vestiaire,proprement dit dans les spa.
Aussi il faut faire attention du côté rue au Bruit la nuit….

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Quatrième séjour dans cet hotel. Donc j'apprécie sa situation très centrale, son architecture qui est une succession et un mix de styles gothiques, renaissance et baroque. Cependant l'hôtel répond à tous les critères de modernité. Hormis les couchages, chaque chambre a sa propre signature en terme de superficie et d'organisation. Le spa est très agréable et bien équipé; enfin le restaurant permet de profiter de mets d'excellente qualité.

Cons:

Le refus de pouvoir bénéficier d'un départ retardé à 14h. A l'hôtel Monopol, qui fait partie de la même chaine Likus, ma demande avait été acceptée sans difficulté.

Bardzo elegancki hotel, tylko powinna być jasna informacja o usłudze parkowania

Styl hotelu, pyszne śniadanie - mowa tutaj głównie o serwowanych jajkach przez szefa kuchni ❤️

Cons:

Niestety nie pojawiła się informacja że za usługę parkowania samochodu trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić i to wcale nie mało, a w dodatku przyjechaliśmy kabrioletem na następny dzień padało i mimo że samochód wrócił z zamkniętym dachem to w środku siedzenia i wnętrze było mokre… spieszyliśmy się i nie chcieliśmy już składać skargi, ale od hotelu na takim poziomie z dodatkową usługą płatną parkowania liczyłam że bardziej zadbają także o samochód… strefa spa nie duża ale przyjemna

The location was perfect and the hotel is beautiful and calm. Staff were friendly and mostly helpful.

Cons:

One night we were awoken by a fire alarm. When we arrived downstairs they advised it was an system fault. But it continued to go off every 15 min for the next hour.
Rhe next night we had an electrical fault in the room with a panel behind the bed making switching noises. They came up and rebooted the AC but while the sound stopped our AC did too. We are glad the staff were responsive but that was not a restful sleep.
