la climatisation est trop bruillant, et meme le week end on entend les gens crier, trop de bruits

The assigned parking space was in the basement and the smallest spot, with a wall and a large column on the other side. It was extremely difficult to park. If parking head-in, the driver could not get out of the car. If backing in, you would need a smaller vehicle because the space was very tight.

The fob key did not work, so we were given a physical key instead. However, the door was stuck, and my kids and I had to force our way in every time.

The balcony door was also stuck and could not be opened, so we were unable to use the balcony. In addition, the washer and dryer were broken, and AC was VERY loud.

When I reported these problems, I was told by the management representative in California that no other tenants had complained about this unit, , so they were unaware of the issues. However, I was wonder if the cleaning staffs noticed these problems before our arrival or if the unit was properly checked.

The maintenance team did come to fix the doors issue after we reported it, and we appreciated their response. However, balcony door was stucked again the next day. These problems should have been checked and resolved before our arrival to ensure the unit was ready for guests

Finally, on the fourth day, they installed a washer and dryer

The management representative mentioned that she could refund us and check us out as soon as possible because the unit had a waiting list. However, this was during the July 4th weekend, and there were no other available rooms nearby. Leaving immediately was not a an option for us.
The location was nice, but the condition of the unit and the lack of preparation greatly affected our stay.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimer c’est que il font mal le ménage et les serviette il y avait des poil ou cheveux .

Climatisation tres bruyante, très dur de joindre ou de voir quelqu'un du personnel Cela se fait par interphone, Pas de place de parking prévue à notre arrivée, Les baies vitrées vibrent bcp quand il y avait du vent (et il y a du vent tout le temps en fait) en faisant un bruit horrible on a dû nous-mêmes mettre du carton entre les portes vitrées. Le quartier est très bruyant donc on a le choix soit entre le bruit de la circulation soit en mettant la clim qui fait un bruit horrible. Préférez plutôt des établissements luxueux temps que vous ruiner en hébergement car celui-là doit sérieusement se rénover pour pouvoir prétendre pratiquer de tels tarifs. De plus on a pas été prévenu que la piscine était fermée pendant toute la durée de notre séjour cause travaux cela nous a passablement agacés.

El alojamiento cuenta con piscina , pero hace varos días antes estaba en mantenimiento y no me dijeron antes , y esta era una de las razones para escogerlo

The bedroom connect to the kitchen with no door which leaves no privacy for family with children.

The furniture in the room is a little outdated, but for this price it's a good choice.
