Each room will be assigned a complimentary parking space upon arrival.

Upon arrival at the 444 Nahua Condominium Complex, dial 1409 from the enter-phone adjacent to parking spot #11. If you are renting a car, you may temporarily park in spot #10 or #11. Our representative will promptly greet you. You will be given fob keys to your condominiums(s) and an assigned parking spot if required. If you are arriving after 5pm and there is no answer at 1409, wait 30 seconds and then dial 0002. You will receive your fob keys and assigned parking spot from the representative or security personnel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It's very good stay with a comfortable condo in an excellent location.
Pros:

The condo is clean and free of odor. Good water flow through faucets. Appliances are in very good condition.

Cons:

The bedroom connect to the kitchen with no door which leaves no privacy for family with children.

Pros:

Excellent location, parking available, the room has everything you need. We asked to extend our check-out time by two hours and they didn't refuse, which was nice.

Cons:

The furniture in the room is a little outdated, but for this price it's a good choice.

Checking in and checking out sapport and instructions.
Parking spot was taken by another car, having to call security to get another parking spot assigned during the stay.

der Parkplatz, die Lage, Aussicht vom Balkon & Waschturm

Cons:

Checkin total kompliziert - Bei vorzeitiger Kontaktaufnahme zum Personaö erhielten wir nie eine Antwort (dabei ging es um die Frage, ob die Garage eine Höhenbegrenzug hat)
Nicht sauber, kein Abwaschmittel in Küche, Besteck total schmutzig

慣れたコンドミニアムで安心感があった。
Pros:

定宿にしているので慣れており安心感がある。

Cons:

ルームクリーニングのサービスが定期的でない。ベッドのシーツに家ダニが居るらしく、朝起きたら枕カバーに血がついていた。その後ルームクリーニングに来ないので、翌日からソファーベッドで寝起きしてその後はダニに噛まれる事は無かった。

Staff friendly and helpful. Property very close to International Marketplace. Ocean view restricted as set a few blocks back. Rooms are well equipped, however, too much large outdated pieces of furniture and condo requires modernisation. Bedroom carpet seen better days and needs restreched as creased in a few places. Bedding clean but not good quality. Condo and corridors smell musky. Also be aware that there are more tenant/owners than holidaymakers within the property. Small pool on roof with 10 sunbeds. Also large BBQ area.
