Clean rooms, acceptable breakfast.
I only gave a middle rating for comfort because we had problems regulating the temperature during the night. Perhaps a new thermostat was needed. Another factor for the middle rating was the poor sound quality for the TV and a very limited selection of TV channels. We often travel for medical appointments and have to spend quite of bit of time in the hotel room and a better selection of TV channels would be nice.

The front desk agent in the morning was great with helping me catch an early flight

When I was checking in, I asked the front desk agent to assist me with booking an early taxi for my 6am flight and she said they couldn't do that.
I liked the breakfast room in the morning. Lobby was nice. Room was comfortable
My room didn't seem to have heat working
Very clean and well laid out rooms. Bright, cheerful.
Can't really think of anything. We'll be back for medical in February. Hope prices haven't escalated too much for us. Travel to Canmore often.

It’s all good nothing negative
This place is right off the main highway and on one side of the hotel, it is extremely noisy. After being given a room on the wrong side of the hotel and complaining about this, I was charged another $20 to move across the hall. The breakfast which was billed as excellent was extremely poor.

When the heat came on it was quite loud, and it would have been nice to have a little more pressure in the shower.
