Das Hotel ist SEHR GUT inkl. sehr sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück.

Die textliche Beschreibung von Booking.com!!
Wenn ich 1 Zimmer für 2 Personen buche und auf der Bestätigung mein Name . 1Erwachsener steht, darf man davon ausgehen dass es 2 Personen sind. Bei 2 Zimmer sind es 4 Personen leider wurde von Booking.com ans Hotel 2 Zimmer mit je einer Person weitergeleitet. Durch die kompetente Dame an der Rezeption wurde dies geändert.
Somit möchte ich festhalten, das eure bürokratischen Ausdrücke einen sch.. Wert sind und ich zukünftig nicht mehr über Booking.com buchen werde. Diese Frechheit werde ich auch in meinen Bekanntenkreis weiterleiten.

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und großer Dusche, Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher. Frühstück sehr gut. Preis-Leistung hervorragend

Cons:

Wände könnten wieder mal gestrichen werden, ein klein wenig Schimmel im Bad.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, die allermeisten Attraktivitäten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zimmer dennoch sehr ruhig, dazu gut ausgestattet, bequem und komfortabel (habe ein attraktives Zimmerupgrade wahrgenommen). Sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aus der Tiefgarage direkt mit dem Lift ins Hotel - nicht ganz billig (19 EUR pro Tag), was aber vergleichbar ist mit anderen Parkhäusern in so zentraler Lage.

Cons:

Nichts. Alles perfekt.

Übernachtung
Pros:

Gute Lage, Parkgarage vorhanden und die Zimmer waren groß genug und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das einzige was war, dass es im Zimmer sehr warm war.

Average hotel since options in Graz are limited, but overpriced.
Pros:

The location is good, doesn’t require any transportation and Billa grocery is nearby. Parking is available but we paid for it 50€ for 2 nights. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Over priced compared to services and room facilities.
Requires more cleaning, and bigger bins.
