Pleasant stay, great location
Pros:

Great location, just a short walk to the center, the underground parking was also a huge bonus and made the stay very comfortable, without the need to look for a parking (however, remember that to use the hotel discount for parking, you need to pay at the reception, and not the normal parking payment machines, otherwise you'll be charged per hour, which can be quite expensive). The bed and the mattress were super comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel has a look and feel of a nice 3-star hotel rather than 4-star, so it felt a bit expensive (value for money-wise). The entrance and room furniture can benefit from some upgrade. Also there was no restaurant in the hotel to have dinner, which is what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel (or maybe it wasn't working during our stay?), especially if you arrive in the evening and it'd be much more convenient to eat at the hotel, rather than looking for a restaurant in the city.

Average hotel since options in Graz are limited, but overpriced.
Pros:

The location is good, doesn’t require any transportation and Billa grocery is nearby. Parking is available but we paid for it 50€ for 2 nights. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Over priced compared to services and room facilities.
Requires more cleaning, and bigger bins.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für jede Art der Stadtbesichtigung.

Pros:

Super Lage. Angenehm Ruhig - sowohl von außen, wie von innen.

Cons:

Etwas befremdet haben mich die viel zu strengen Türverschluß-Mechaniken an Bad und Klo Tür (bei letzteren Ok, aber die Tür zum Bad lass ich gerne offen). Aber nicht wirklich ein Problem.

Pros:

Hotel business situato a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Camere ampie e comode.

Cons:

Camera un po' usurata e che necessita di ristrutturazione. Ma nulla che ostacoli un buon soggiorno.
