War diesmal nicht so toll!
Pros:

Ich war schon mehrfach da, Zimmer für einen Zwischenstopp in Ordnung, sehr gute Lage für Graz.

Cons:

Das Personal war eher unfreundlich, sowohl beim Check-In als auch beim Check-Out. Auch das Team beim Frühstück war völlig überfordert, ein Kaffeeautomat ausgefallen, keine Reaktion obwohl von mehreren Gästen darauf angesprochen. Somit lange anstehen beim verbliebenen Automaten.

Do tego hotelu, mimo korzystnej lokalizacji, ponownie się nie wybiorę.
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, garaż wygodny. Poznaliśmy tylko dwie osoby - z recepcji. Jedna żądała dwukrotnie tej samej opłaty za garaż i przydzieliła osobie niepełnosprawnej pokój z dojściem po schodach (mimo wielu innych bez barier), druga żądała opłaty za 4 dni postoju samochodu, mimo, że pokój zarezerwowany był na 2 dni, obie myliły naszą rezerwację z innymi i a jedna z nich wmawiała mi, że inaczej się nazywam :) Pokój przeciętny, z podstarzałym wyposażeniem. Oferta baru w lobby niezwykle uboga. Dużo podróżuję, ale pierwszy raz wystawiam krytyczną opinię.

Rozsądny nocleg bardzo blisko głównych atrakcji Grazu
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, 10 minut spacerem od głównych atrakcji miasta. Dodatkowym walorem lokalizacji jest to, że w sąsiedztwie odbywa się targ produktów regionalnych. W pobliżu dużo sklepów, restauracji. Obsługa uprzejma. Pokoje duże, czyste, smaczne śniadania z nieprzesadnie dużą różnorodnością jedzenia. Hotel oferuje małą siłownię oraz saunę i bilard.

Cons:

Cena na miejscu różniła się od tej na Bookingu, ponieważ próbowano nam doliczyć podatek miejski, który nie był uwidoczniony przy wyliczeniu kosztów na Bookingu, jak to jest w zwyczaju. Po chwili napiętej rozmowy z recepcjonistą oraz wyjaśniania, co jest źródłem różnicy w cenie, zaakceptowano jednak niższą cenę (tę z naszej oferty). Pokoje wyłożone na podłodze kafelkami, jedynie z małymi dywanikami, co ujmuje im przytulności. Za hotelem znajduje się parking podziemny, ale dla aut do 2,05 wysokości, czyli wyższa auta z bagażnikiem dachowym nie mogą tam wjechać.

Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a közelben több étterem és kiülős hely. Az Óváros 10-15 perc séta. A szobák nagyok, kényelmesek. A fürdőszobában is kényelmesen el lehet férni nagy a mosdó és a zuhanyzó, erős a víznyomás. Nagyon jó illatú a sampon a kézmosó és a szappan. :) a szálloda alatt van mélygarázs parkoló.

Cons:

Nem láttam feltüntetve hogy a parkolásért 18 €-t- kell fizetni / nap.

Pros:

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, gute Betten

Cons:

Unser erstes Zimmer hatte keinen Strom, das zweite hatte dann nur Wäsche für eine Person.
Dann hätte ich mir ein kleines Goodie erwartet z.b. ein Frühstück erlassen. Wäre nett gewesen.
