Perfect with a quick transition

The convenience after a long flight from Australia you simply cross the road and arrive in the hotel foyer within 3 minutes. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating checking us in earlier at 10am. We loved the bar enjoying the best Greek Salad I have ever eaten! The pool area was gorgeous and we enjoyed having a sauna. It’s the best place to stay to re set before an early morning flight to Santorini.

My stay was very disappointing, especially considering the cost of 500 euro.

The refrigerator in the room was not working and completely empty, with no option to purchase even a snack or drink. Only warm water was left on the countertop—something unacceptable for a hotel of Sofitel’s standard, where cold water should be readily available.

There was no ironing board or iron in the room. Although I requested one, it delayed me, which was inconvenient, considering my international flight.

Additionally, there were no travel-size toiletries provided.

These are all basic amenities that should be automatically included, particularly at this price point.

Given the cost, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. I could have stayed in central Athens (for example, at Electra Metropolis) for less and received a better overall experience.

Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.
