Милый отель в прекрасном районе
Pros:

Очень милый,стильный отель,номер у нас был чистый,все свежее,белье хорошее.Завтрак хороший,даже сок свежевыжатый.Очень удобное расположение,рядом на улице магазинчики,ресторанчики,парк,до центра ездили на автобусе-10 мин и ты в самом центре
Отдельное спасибо персоналу,а в частности Serhat-он очень помогал нам по любым вопросам,даже помогал нам регестрироваться на рейс-вообще отель очень клиентоориентирован,ни одного неприветливого лица.Рекомендую однозначно!

Overall not a positive experience
Pros:

Staff were polite, and location is great.

Cons:

- Worst bathroom tap I have ever used in my life. I seriously don't know who tested this tap design and thought it would be a good idea to implement. Almost burned my hand 3 times.
- AC control for cooling was disabled. The room gets feverishly hot in a few hours even if you keep all AC (warm mode) off, and leaving the window is not very practical because of the traffic right underneath.
- Request for bar soap was denied by the hotel under the guise of sustainability

I’d recommend this hotel to anyone if they wish to feel special location breakfast price is amazing

We love the hotel so much we end up booking 5 more days
Total 14 days we staid location
& rooms are 5 star

Service Specially the Hotel manager makes you feel very special sends fruit baskets chocolates to the room
We had a little misunderstanding when we checked in re
Exchange rate ed up being our mistake hotel manager was could in He first apologised not even his fault handled our inquiry professionally politely
All the way out stay he made us feel very special each time when we saw him he was there always

I highly recommend this hotel it is. But it feels like five star restaurant breakfast is amazing.
