Would stay again
Pros:

Overall great value, room was spacious, bathroom nice and clean, beds were nice, reception staff was helpful, breakfast was good and the food in the evening too. Very practical not to have to find a restaurant in the evening, and if one wanted to get out the location is perfect, only maybe 10 mins walk to the central station.

Cons:

Textile floors in lobby, corridors and the room didn't feel too fresh. Perhaps a bit easy to hear between the rooms but nothing that bothered us.

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

In a good location near the river, very quiet.
It was good to be in a room that had a window that could be opened. Very comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner were good, although the food could have been hotter, it was lukewarm.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike other than the food being lukewarm.

Jobb och återhämtning i Umeå
Pros:

Det var mysigt, med trevlig personal ( speciellt Hanne och Loredana), fint läge i centrum, med fina promenadstråk vid älven, fina gamla byggnader, även själva hotellet. Det gav en speciell atmosfär.
Det ingick en mångsidig, god frukost och kvällsmat med salladsbuffé, våfflor på eftermiddagen osv. Man kunde koppla av i den lilla bastun. Badrummet var rymligt och fint med alla produkter.

Cons:

För mjuk säng för min onda rygg i första rummet men sedan fick jag byta och sov gott andra natten.
