Wiffi was very weak. We could not use it for our long stay - 6 days!
The matress was too soft.
It was very hot in the room and the aircondotion could cool the room only following 2-3 hours.

I always enjoy staying at the NashOTEL when I visit St. Peterburg for business trips and sightseeing. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, but within walking distance to many excellent spots such as the Menshikov Palace, the Zoological Institute and the Peter and Paul Fortress. The Hermitage Museum is just an extra walk over the Neva River. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well staffed with people who are consummate professionals when it comes to hospitality. The breakfasts are excellent and the La Botanique restaurant is an excellent place for lunch or dinner if you want to stay nearby. I have always felt welcomed and treated well at the NashOTEL and will return in the future. Highly recommended!

This is a marvelous hotel.
The man at checkin was really polite and helpful when I walked in at 2 in the morning. He asked what drink I would like as a welcome. A server brought me apple juice out to the lobby. The man explained everything, how to use the password, how to use the key, in excellent English.
The lobby was so nice. My room was huge and clean, my shower was huge and clean (huge) they had slippers and robes. Towel warmer thing on the wall which was already warm, so I had a warm towel for after my shower.
Huge TV. Well-placed plugs for my phone and charger. I had a great City view out of my room.
Quiet hotel. Lovely curtains. The deco was cute, a nice yellow with poppy paintings.
Elevator clean, see-through, elegant.
Breakfast amazing, servers super polite. Food wonderful, eggs, salad, lettuce, cucumbers, bacon, salmon, fruit, bread, buns, muffins, coffee machine, milk, porridge/oatmeal, little egg things, hard-boiled eggs, milk, etc. Super beautiful breakfast area. View on the terrace, lovely street with lovely buildings.
I want to live here.

The hotel was very good. The check in and Check out was very good. It was very close to the metro station. the wifi was also of good speed.

I like the whole experience of staying in “NashHotel”: cleanliness, the size of a room, morning breakfast. I definitely would be back my next visit of St Petersburg.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The decor of the hotel is bright and colorful, so even on gray, rainy or snowy days, you will feel enlivened in the morning when you wake up and in the evening after a day spent out and about exploring the city sights. Wait makes the stay at the NashOTEL always special is the excellent staff. Everyone is without exception courteous and professional. They are always there to help you and will answer any question you may have. It is all these qualities along with the quiet location that keeps me returning to this wonderful hotel.

Fabulous hotel, loved it. Rooms great, everything you need. Reception staff really helpful, lovely place to come back to after a full days sightseeing. Location excellent. Would definitely recommend it. Only downfall, breakfast was pretty awful! We went to a nearby cafe, because Ben the coffee was dire.

A very comfortable, quiet and clean hotel 5 minutes from Metro station and one stop to Nevsky Prospekt.

NASHotel is one subway stop from the city centre. It’s a very welcoming hotel with young enthusiastic staff especially Nadia and Artem in the restaurant. I needed assistance booking tickets online for the football and the Sapsun train and the reception staff were extremely helpful translating etc, even printing my tickets f.o.c . Highly recommend.

Pretty good all around hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Food excellent, staff very helpful, rooms very clean, quiet peaceful location. All in all couldn't ask for more if I come back to this great city I'll definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, nice spacious rooms ( I had a suite) air conditioning, clean and food was ok as well.

I stayed there with my family during world cup. Excellent staff, very helpful, and very good English. The location is good, close to metro which is one stop from Nevsky St. The executive room is spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is good...
