A few snafus… But it was a very nice hotel, and we would definitely return… Hoping that the issues we had were just one
Pros:

Love the pool and three saunas. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful and a beautiful hotel.

Cons:

We had a few problems. I was traveling with a coworker and requested two single beds. Instead, we got a room with 1 bed, so needed to go request different. Changed rooms and there was a key mixup. They were polite but it was a lot of Back and forth from the room to the front desk (several times) before we could relax. Someone had left a window in the room open, and when we return from a long, cold, (30 degree) day in the city… the room was very cold, and we were unable to warm enough. Had to request extra blankets, Shuttle driver did not show on time in the morning and we had to wait another half hour.. worries about making our flight.

Wor waren dort zu einer Veranstaltung.
Pros:

Am Flughafen

Cons:

Der Checkin hat viel zu lange gedauert. Nicht ausreichend Personal führte zu einer langen Wartezeit.
Auch der Checkin Prozess war sehr umständlich und dauerte überdurchschnittlich lang.
Das Essen in der Bar war überteuert und unterdurchschnittlich in der Qualität..

Good overnight stop over & I’m sure even better if the facilities are open!
Pros:

Good location for the airport.

Cons:

We booked because of the Spa & pool, which upon arrival, we were informed it was closed….. wish we’d known before booking.

Pros:

La estancia fue excelente y el confort del hotel genial. Recomendable para despues de un dia por Amsterdam tener un momento de paz en el Spa del hotel

Cons:

en el restaurante del hotel tienen 7-8 pantallas y ninguna pusieron el Real Madrid. Eso me supuso no cenar en el restaurante ;-)
