It was OK but I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was great.

Cons:

I upgraded to a junior suite. The carpet needed cleaning and the furniture refurbished due to scratches on cabinets and desks.

With room service, I downloaded the QR code and ordered food assuming that it would be delivered to my room. When my dinner was ready, I received a call from the kitchen for me to come and pick up the food. I assumed that it would be packed up as a to go order in containers. Instead I was handed a tray with my food on dishes. It was very heavy. I carried it from the lobby to the 6th floor thankful that I did not drop the tray. The food was delicious but the experience was weird.

Die Lage ist sehr gut incl der Parkmöglichkeiten im Haus. Das Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wirklich top!

Sehr gute Lage na dran am Flughafen. Große Lobby. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider hat mir der Spa Bereich überhaupt nicht gefallen. Der Pool ist recht klein für so ein großes Hotel und das Publikum zu der Zeit, wo ich im Hotel niedergelassen war, hat sich nicht angemessen im Spabereich verhalten. Da hätte ich mir Personal gewünscht. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass aufgrund der Pfingstfeiertage dieses im frei war.
