Nur sauberkeit
Man wartet ewig auf Rezeption bis man dran kommt, sogar bei checkout habe ich halbe stunde gewartet. Habe mir ein Fahrrad gemietet was relativ teuer war für eins 20 Euro und die Sässel alle waren kaput konnte man kaum einstellen beim Fahren waren die Räder am wackeln. Keiner kommt auch helfen. Es war einfach nur Katastrophe. Bis ich Fahrrad mieten konnte hat es schon 2 stunden gedauert. Mache eigentlich nie kommentare aber das musste sein. Was das Zommer angeht die Betten und Kissen sind reinste Katastrophe was den Komfort angeht sonst ist es sauber.

Flughafen war kein problem,
das Bett schon. Die Schon Matratze ist dauernd vom Bett gerutscht. Das Zimmer muss zur Reinigung gekennzeichnet werden. Mein Zimmer wurde dadurch nur 2 mal in der Woche gereinigt. Wieder zu kommen kann ich nicht garantieren. Das Personal am Empfang .... sind alle nett. Das mit der Zimmerreinigung ist ein reinfall.
Die gebotene Qualität war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Die für ein Flughafenhotel nicht unbeträchtliche Entfernung vom Flughafen wurde durch ein kostenloses Shuttle-Service kompensiert.
Wegen Schneechaos saß ich wie Tausende anderer Touristen unfreiwillig am Flughafen Schiphol fest. Den Hotelbetreibern in der Umgebung dürfte die Misere nicht entgangen sein: Die Preise für Nächtigungen standen in keiner für mich nachvollziehbaren Relation zur erbrachten Leistung, sondern unterlagen dem freien Spiel von Angebot und Nachfrage.
