Very good for a overnight stay enroute to final destination

Five years visiting this property and this was my most unfavorable experience.
Pros:

Rooms are always clean and comfortable with the exception of the pillows.

Cons:

The spa--saunas specifically--were not functioning on the Monday morning of my visit. Very disappointing. The front desk staff member who checked me in was quite unprofessional with a limited working knowledge of English, at least that's the impression she gave as she failed to understand some of my most basic questions.

Also, the deposit policy is severely flawed and makes no sense whatsoever. It took three days to get my deposit back and mere seconds to charge it off of my back account upon check in.

Flughafen Shuttle jede 30Min
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und comfortable, immer sauber !
Das Personal Rezeption, Cleaning, Frühstück immer super freundlich, super nett, lieb und hilfsbereit !
Das Frühstück Buffet ist ein Traum, für jeden was dabei ! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir kommen definitiv wieder, mein Hund liebt eure Leckerlis !

Bloesempark mit/ohne Hund sehr zu empfehlen, ein wunderschöner riesiger Park direkt hinter dem Hotel zu Fuß in 40 Min erreichbar!

Soggiorno comodo soprattutto per il Dekmantel Festival grazie alla posizione.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in occasione del Dekmantel Festival e la posizione si è rivelata davvero comodissima perché la location del festival è raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti a piedi. La nostra camera era abbastanza spaziosa e pulita anche se gli arredi risultano un po’ datati e consumati, soprattutto la moquette.
Molto buona anche la colazione a buffet, abbondante e varia. Direi quasi indispensabile visto che nei dintorni non c’è praticamente nulla, soprattutto nel fine settimana, e quindi rappresenta l’opzione più comoda.

Cons:

Non essendo disponibile il late check-out nei giorni del festival, abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di utilizzare la spa dopo aver lasciato la camera ma ci è stata negata. Sarebbe stato un servizio molto apprezzato, soprattutto considerando che abbiamo passato tutta la giornata nei divanetti della hall.
Un altro aspetto migliorabile riguarda la possibilità di mangiare qualcosa in tarda serata: non ci sono opzioni nei dintorni e il distributore automatico di snack era praticamente sempre vuoto. Inoltre, viste le dimensioni, non sembrava adeguato al numero elevato di ospiti presenti durante il festival.

Dirty room - over priced
Pros:

The free airport shuttle is the only positive I can think of

Cons:

The bed linens were dirty and the hotel in general is very old, definitely overpriced
