The place is sparkling clean and the stuff is experiences and goes above an beyond to meet the client's needs. We had great time at the spa and at the bar with Pantelis as well :)
The lack of parking space is evident as is the case foe the whole of Rehtymno.
Emplacement idéal pour la visite de réthymnon et des environs. Hotel très propre avec tout ce qu il faut . Repas variés et bon.

Κοντά στην παραλία και στην πόλη του Ρεθύμνου. Επαρκές πρωινό.
Η περιοχή του ξενοδοχείου έχει πρόβλημα με τις θέσεις στάθμευσης. Αν είσαι με αυτοκίνητο, μπορεί να βρεις να παρκάρεις το αυτοκίνητό σου τετράγωνα μακριά.
Υπάρχουν δωμάτια στο ξενοδοχείο, όπως το 221 που έμεινα, που είναι γωνιακά στο κτίριο και όχι τετραγωνισμένα.
Στα δωμάτια αυτά, η τουαλέτα και το ντους είναι σε χωριστούς χώρους και ο νιπτήρας μέσα στο κυρίως δωμάτιο, χωρίς χωριστή πόρτα, δίπλα στην είσοδο του δωματίου. Μπορεί να πλένει ένας τα δόντια του, πέντε μέτρα από το κρεβάτι που ο άλλος κοιμάται, χωρίς εμπόδιο. Η δε τηλεόραση είναι στα δεξιά του κρεβατιού και όχι μπροστά του και για να παρακολουθήσεις πρέπει να έχεις το κεφάλι μόνιμα στραμμένο δεξιά.
Όλα αυτά γιατί το δωμάτιο είναι παράγωνο και δεν επαρκεί ο χώρος. Γι'αυτό, όταν κάνετε check in αποφύγετε αυτά τα δωμάτια.

Το πρωινό ήταν καλό σχετικά,αλλά δυστυχώς το βραδινό δεν συμβάδιζε ούτε σε ποιότητα ούτε σε ποικιλία με την τιμή του ξενοδοχείου. Για τετραστερο ξενοδοχείο,περιμέναμε καλύτερη ποιότητα φαγητού...
The location was very close to the beach and “new” town. Plenty to do walking distance. The facilities were very nice, and the staff were outstanding.
The luggage room cost 2€ per lock to safely store your items away. It is a much further walk to old town if that’s the area you’re wanting to explore.
Ho soggiornato per 9 giorni a fine agosto con mia moglie e mio figlio Bellissimo hotel, camere molto belle e spaziose, io avevo 2 camere e 2 bagni. I clienti eran quasi tutti tedeschi.
Hotel vicino alla spiaggia, spiaggia attrezzata con lettini e ombrellone.a 80 metri circa gratis per i clienti dell'hotel, con possibilità di mangiare in spiaggia.
Per 5 giorni mare tranquillo, gli ultimi giorni mare mosso.
Molto gentile e cordiale il personale del bar e della sala, quasi ogni sera vi era uno spettacolo dalle 20,30 alle 22,30, molto bello lo spettacolo di musica e danza cretese, con i ballerini di sirtaki

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel itself was excellent – the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming.
The surrounding area is a hidden gem in Europe. There are incredible restaurants offering what feels like 5‑star Michelin meals at budget prices, and the beaches directly outside the sister hotel, Bio Beach Hotel, are perfect for a lazy day in the sun.
That said, there were a couple of small issues. The location of the hotel felt a little cramped, and the lift getting stuck a few times was unsettling, especially for my 12‑year‑old son. The dining options at the hotel also felt repetitive, and the buffet closing at 9:30pm seemed too early for guests who prefer a later dinner.
Despite these minor drawbacks, this is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. With a little more variety in the dining and some improvements to the lift, it could easily be perfect.

Es la tercera vez que voy a este hotel y espero que no la última, aunque los precios han subido muchísimo en comparación con los años anteriores y algunos servicios, como la animación este año ha sido muy pobre. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca de la playa es muy limpio, la habitación amplia y no le falta ningún detalle, la comida es muy buena y el personal es muy amable y agradable.

Excellent location near the old town and beach, and the hotel staff is simply the best - very friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. Great food! Lovely pool with sun all day and enough sunbeds.
