I will stay in this hotel again.

Positive points: Easy access to all central locations by walking distance. Staff friendly and always helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Tasty basic breakfast. I recommended this cosy hotel. Negative points: (surely depend on room) purposely I choose and pay higher price for sauna apartment to enjoy cold nights out and worm in. But thru two days I was unable to use it and staff unable to fix it. Bathroom floor has underfloor heating, but switch at wall was broken, hence heating was out of order. And jacuzzi bath, one jet was ejected when we use it. I recommended to hotel to check regularly technical and electrical appliances if need update or fix them. So to me, I waist lots of money to pay for thinks I cant use it. Next time I will use ordinary room instead of fancy. But definitely I will come back to this hotel and enjoying time at St Petersburg.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und wir mussten kaum die Metro benutzen. Eremitage und viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in Reichweite. Der Service war sehr gut und alles war sehr sauber. Die Menschen in St. Petersburg sind sehr hilfsbereit und wir kamen auch ohne russische Sprachkenntnisse sehr gut zurecht.

Excellente situation à quelques minutes à pieds de l'Ermitage et de la cathédrale St Sauveur sur le Sang Versé en bordure de canal. Excellent restaurant Géorgien Rustaveli juste à côté pour se repérer car il y a juste une petite plaque indiquant l'hôtel sur le portail. Entrée à chaque fois en sonnant afin que la réceptionniste l'ouvre.

Bon accueil, le personnel à la réception parle un anglais très limité et utilise google traduction mais est très sympathique et essaie toujours de répondre aux demandes avec le sourire notamment en appelant un taxi.

Chambres 11 et 13 pour 6 nuits orientées sur la cour, petites mais fonctionnelles. Doubles rideaux pas assez opaques et il fait quasiment jour dès 05h30 / 6h en août. A noter qu'il faisait très chaud dans les chambres et qu'il y avait un ventilateur à disposition alors que la météo était plutôt fraîche. La 11 est juste à côté de l'ascenseur et on l'entend à chaque fois. Quelques marches sont à monter au rez de chaussée pour accéder à l'ascenseur ainsi qu'aux 2 derniers étages. Attention aux personnes qui ont des difficultés pour se déplacer.

Petit déjeuner simple mais qui a le mérite d'être compris.

관광지에서 가까운 위치에 있어 좋았고 상트페테르부르크의 일반적인 주거형태를 경험할 수 있는 좋은 기회였다.

スタッフの方がどなたもが笑顔でとても親切でした。
片言のロシア語やおかしな英語にも忍耐強く応対してくれました。
友人から頂いた花束をいける花瓶をかしてくれたり、アイロンを使いたかったので片言のロシア語で聞きに行ったら、３階にアイロン台が設置してあることをジェスチャーを交えて教えてくれたり、安心して宿泊出来ました。次回もまたここに泊まりたいと思います。

We lost our train to go back to Finland because the receptionist told us that the taxis wouldn't take US Dollars! We had to go all the way to the bank, but also at the end the taxi arrived 30 minutes late and over charged us! He wasn't even an official taxi! And He accepted US Dollars so we didn't need to miss the train for going to the bank! I really liked the hotel, but the personal should be more careful on give bad advise to tourist and call false taxis that charge more than they should!

Secondo me questo hotel e’ sopravvalutato troppe recensioni positive ma non le vale , ha di buono solo la posizione ...scarsa colazione niente di dolce solo salato e poca quantita’, stanza piccola , foto ingannevoli...neanche un deposito per lasciare i bagagli ed un bagno decente alla hall...e si trova dentro un cortile ...per noi non merita ottimo come recensione

Номер не соответствует бронированию. Холодный номер. Маленький, тёмный. Ванная комната со старой сантехникой, которая работает не с 1 раза

Hotel well located. Curious entrance through a garage door. Stairs can't be avoided to reach the elevator and the room. Only breakfast available in a place poorly illuminated.

Жили в двухэтажном люксе с сауной и гидромассажной ванной.
Конечно, это сложно назвать люксом, но за свои деньги неплохо.
Сауна и ванна понравились, хотя ванна была не очень чистой.
Главный недостаток отеля - отвратительная шумоизоляция. Будьте готовы к тому, что соседи разбудят вас посреди ночи.
Расположение отличное.
В целом, можно оценить отель на 4 из 5.

Location of this hotel is great. Disliked the fact that walls are not sound proof, you can basically hear people in the room next to you. For the price though, good deal

This is a lovely little hotel, perfectly located in a central location along the river. Walking distance to the Hermitage and other sites. It is a clean, well appointed room. The location is a little hard to get used to as it is inside the courtyard, but once you are used to it that only adds to its charm and quiet. It is not air-conditioned and might be hot in the summer, but I was quite comfortable both times I stayed there with the window cracked open.

It is not my first time I am staying at this hotel and I will be staying more times whenever I am in Saint-Petersburg.

Маленькая, уютная гостиница в замечательном месте. Налево пойдешь - Летний сад и Марсово поле, направо - Дворцовая площадь, прямо - Мойка, 3 моста, Спас на Крови, Русский музей, Невский проспект. Окна во двор, так что тихо. Приветливый персонал. Маленький, но удобный номер, но в нем все необходимое есть. Кроме кондиционера.При заказе я не обратил внимания, что в стандартном номере его нет (в улучшенном есть), нам дали вентилятор. Заезжали поздно, в 11 вечера, было приятно обнаружить в номере пару бутылок воды, чайник и пакетики чая. Хороший душ. Хороший завтрак.На этаже есть кулер с минеральной водой.
