Beautiful , very comfortable bed , lots of natural light with a great view .
There is not room cleaning on Sundays and holidays which very often Mondays are so we have gone with two days without room cleaning .
Our suite had a coffee maker but only espresso tiny cups :) .
La ubicación es excelente, íbamos con nuestra perrita y no hubo inconvenientes con ella, y queda justo frente a un parque por lo que fue perfecto para nuestra estadía
La ducha es incómoda
amabilidad del personal de recepcion para resolver el inconveniente de no tene parque para mi carro aunque en la reservacion se habia solicitado, y no tenian cupo esa noche en el parking.
No me aplicaron el No-Show, iban a hablar con el area comercial de Booking para resolver el tema.
Aunque reserve la habitacion con parking no habia lugar de estacionamiento y debi reservar en otro hotel esa noche 11 pm.

This is an excellent place to stay an enjoy a nice location in the city. Clean and with all the amenities in right shape. Nice staff and great breakfast.
Too much noise in the area making it difficult to rest. It doesn't have A/C so you cannot close the windows to try to avoid the noise.
Todo menos el sistema de entrenada y salida
El check in y el check out
Aún tienen el sistema antiguo y cuando íbamos a salir no nos dejaron porque faltaba un paquete de platanitos. No recomiendo el hotel
La tranquilidad
Puede mejorar el desayuno, hacen falta opciones sin azúcar y bebidas vegetales para quienes no consumimos azúcar ni leche

El.pesonal amable
Las diminutas camas improvisadas que pusieron en la sala, eran como de hospital o nose. Incomodas, ruidosas, desniveladas y el colchon de la cama principal no es comoda. A demas reservamos para 3 y solo habia 2 cosas de cada articulo. Vasos, tazas, solo una toalla extra dejaron en una cama. Lo demas era doble y no triple
Los apartamentos tienen dos ambientes muy cómodos para poder trabajar en la zona social y descansar en la habitación. La ubicación del hotel frente el parque Chico-Navarra es excelente
El desayuno es muy sencillo. Las opciones son muy limitadas. Solo para tener en cuenta
Muy buen desayuno que no estaba en mi tarifa.
