Great for first night stopping point
Pros:

The location was perfecto for us, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lack of blackout curtains: The room overlooked the parque and the street lamps were bright. The window slates were thin and did not close properly, allowing in noise of the odd passing car.

Beautiful and relaxing stay near great shops
Pros:

All the facilities were of top quality and always cleaned well. The pool was lovely and the air conditioned reception was a big savior.

Cons:

The staff were quite blunt and unresponsive sometimes.

There is room for improvement in little things to make the stay more confortable
Pros:

The room was good size and location was good. Personnel was friendly and provided good service.

Cons:

Room entrance lock should be replaced in many rooms. Need hand and face towels in bathroom. Shower walls have mold. Chair was broken. There is place for improvement without a lot of expending. Two plastic chairs would be good. Some water bottles.
