Pros:

The front desk staff are professional and friendly

Cons:

The carpets in the lower-floor rooms are dirty and have a strong unpleasant odour.Your service is actually excellent. If you replace the carpets with wooden flooring, the rooms would be cleaner and odour-free.

Good hotel with poor services
Pros:

The hotel room was okay but the services provided were poor. The app didn’t work to order room service, neither did the phone. Went down stairs to order room service at reception but it never turned up, so that also didn’t work. The coffee didn’t work and the refrigerator warmed your drinks up.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Wiener Innenstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist ausgezeichnet, mit U-Bahn und Straßenbahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Gleichzeitig liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sodass man sich nach einem Stadtbummel gut erholen kann. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Pros:

Posizione strategica, non in pieno centro ma in una zona molto elegante e in 15/20 minuti si arriva nei luoghi di maggiore interesse. Colazione di qualità ed abbondante, le camere spaziose e silenziose. Personale sempre col sorriso.

Cons:

Un po’ troppa polvere in camere e ragnatele sul soffitto, per fortuna senza ragni!

Pros:

Het ontbijt is zeer goed.
De ligging is best ok voor de bezoeken

Cons:

De sleutels van de kamer worden pas om 15u vrijgegeven en geen seconde eerder.
De parkeerplaatsen zijn zeer duur ( 35€ per dag ) en piep klein. Een midden klasse auto kan juist tussen de lijnen staan maar de chauffeur kan er bijna niet uitstappen.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Alles hat gestimmt, bis zu kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Zimmer ruhig auf den Innenhof. Immer ein Platz beim Frühstück bis 12 Uhr. Außergewöhnliche grosse Auswahl. Von Sekt bis Eis alles da was das Herz begehrt. Abends wird mal im Kaminzimmer oder draußen oder an der Bar verwöhnt. Perfekte 5 Nächte. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Die Josefstadt liegt zentral und man hat alles was man braucht vor der Tür.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Lobby. Frühstück top. Zimmer zweckmäßig, aber für diesen Preis etwas klein.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht ok. Flecken auf dem Badezimmerboden waren tlw. schon da als wir kamen und immer noch da als wir wieder abreisten. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Reinigung recht unterstrukturiert war. Einen Tag wurde gar nicht gereinigt, einen anderen Tag mussten wir das Reinigungspersonal erst darum bitten.

Ein bisschen Wiener Flair ...
Pros:

Ein schönes stilsicher und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, das sehr viel Platz geboten hat. Auch für längere Aufenthalte kann die Garderobe sehr gut verstaut werden. Das Bad ist angenehm groß und bietet auch sehr viel Platz für sämtliche Bad- und Kosmetikartikel. Ein großes bequemes Bett Bett rundet das Wohlfühlerlebnis ab. Das gesamte Personal, egal in welcher Position ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Extra Wünsche werden umgehend erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Frühstückbuffet bis 12:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Das nimmt jeglichen Stress am Morgen. Luca und Analena haben und sowohl beim einchecken begrüßt als auch beim auschecken mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk verabschiedet. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und können das Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus nur empfehlen.
