We loved everything. From the welcome Anna gave us at check-in, to the rich and varied breakfast, both savory and sweet, and the very friendly staff. The location is truly excellent for visiting every corner of Vienna, and the arrival from the airport is very convenient. We truly loved our stay in beautiful Vienna.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter, vor allem an der Rezeption, sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr schöne Größe, bei der man sich endlich mal in einem Hotelzimmer nicht eingeengt fühlt und genug Platz hat, ebenso im Badezimmer mit geräumiger Ablagefläche, Schminkspiegel etc. Zudem passt die Art der Einrichtung einfach hervorragend zu einem Aufenthalt in Wien.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige und wirklich leckere Frühstück, hier ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man in die Innenstadt in circa 25 Minuten laufen. Ansonsten sind U-Bahn und Straßenbahnen in 5 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, dennoch ist man recht schnell im Geschehen, auch Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Frühstück war sehr lecker
Frühstücksraum hätte ein bisschen größer sein können. Zuviel Leute auf einen Platz
Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Zentrumsnah, aber absolut ruhig, saubere Luft, charmante Nebenstraße, die für den öffentlichen Verkehr fast komplett gesperrt war. Schöne Gebäude in der Umgebung, Tram-Haltestelle in kurzer Entfernung, Nähe zum Parlament. Das Hotel selbst in Top-Zustand, sehr gepflegt, von der Fassade bis zur Innenausstattung. "Managed by owner" - merkt man sofort,

Very central. Very clean. Staff very helpful especially Nathan who worked in the bar. Gave us great tips of what to do and where to go during our stay.
Soundproofing was average. At times you could hear people talking in another room.

Very good hotel in a quiet location but easy reach of the city centre. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, helpful and attentive and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay from the minute we arrived. Our room was spacious and comfortable and there are plenty of local bars; cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Nothing major other than the towels in the bathroom were quite small rather than bath towels and the sink didn't have a plug so shaving meant keeping the tap running.
