Parfait pour visiter l’ice hotel.
Pros:

Nous avons choisit le chalet arctic avec deux chambres. Propre et assez grand pour une famille de 4 personnes. A 10 mètres de l’entrée de l’ice hotel.
Bon petit déjeuner servit dans l’ice hôtel restaurant situé de l’autre côté de la route.

Cons:

Il manque une petite plaque de cuisson pour ceux qui ne veulent pas sortir pour dîner ou qui ne peuvent pas… le soir, les restaurants qui nous plaisaient aux alentours étaient tous pleins alors que c’était le début de soirée. Nous aurions dû réserver avant mais nous ne savions pas encore nos plans à l’avance pour notre roadtrip. Nous avions dû aller jusqu’à Kiruna pour dîner c’est dommage… heureusement que nous avions une voiture de location.
Il fait un peu froid dans le chalet, impossible de régler le chauffage.
Le lit superposé est très bas, on a l’impression d’être étouffé ou de dormir dans une boîte car c’est étroit, surtout celui du bas. Attention à ne pas se cogner la tête ou autre chose.

Super Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Gemütliche Cabins, direkt am Icehotel gelegen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr heiß (24–25 Grad). Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Heizung zu regulieren, nur das Fenster öffnen lassen.

Great room, very modern and comfortable, clean and has everything we need. Our window faced the river which is perfect. Great breakfast and dinner and the visit to the ice museum is fascinating!

Cons:

Właściwie trudno doszukać się jakiś minusów ale jeżeli już to w pokojach "ciepłych " powinna być wieksza imożliwość regulacji temperatury w górę. W restauracji spodziewałem się więcej regionalnych dań do wyboru.

High price for a 14 hours stay.

Exiting experience of sleeping in the ice room

Cons:

Booking communication was not clear on differences between the rooms. I change to the most expensive cathegory to be able to have a bathroom. However there was a leak in the bathtub and the shower had no protection. The floor got completely wet. The restaurant was terrible at lunch, medium at dinner and always very expensive. The hotel did not want to help with the tours offered by Booking app. The staff was lazy and did not provide details. And worse part the check in was at 6pm and checkout at 8:30 am. During 9am and 6pm they are allowing visitors to the room I have paid to stay. They should separate places for visitors from the rooms and allow us to stay for a complete day.
