Frühstück für jeden etwas dabei und lecker. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

エキシビションも宿泊に付いていて、とても良かったです。

A magical place
Pros:

It’s been a lifelong ambition to come here and for my 50th birthday I decided to treat myself and I wasnt disappointed. Spent two nights in a warm room and the final night in the ice room. The warm room in the hotel was lovely, plenty of space and perfect for all our needs including keeping our thermal overalls and snow boots.

All the thermals and boots were provided by the hotel to make use of on all the trips and whilst moving around the site.

Whilst we were here, we went on a husky dog sled ride (amazing trip and highly recommended, especially as we are dog lovers). Also went on the snow mobile safari northern lights hunting and ice hole fishing. All the trips had food with them and despite the fact we ate in cabins in the woods, we had some lovely food (moose and reindeer were particular favorites.).

When it came to the ice room stay, we were in the survival of the fitest room, what an amazing art room, see video. One of the most amazing experiences of my life and surprisingly not that cold but the thermal sleeping bag helped! Slept well and woke up in the morning to a hot lingonberry juice and then into the sauna and then shower. All the art rooms come with the use of your own lockable cubicle, where you can store your luggage, get changed and even charge your phone!

All the staff are amazing and eager to help, nothing seemed too much trouble and their English was excellent.

Overall an amazing place to stay and the restaurant across the road for food was excellent for both breakfast and diner. We even saw the northern light as we walked outside our room.

An unforgettable experience which will stay with me forever.

Unique, fun and comfortable!
Pros:

It's a unique experience! Even though we didn't stay in one of the ice rooms, we got to see all of the rooms, the ice bar etc and our kids were overjoyed to go on the slides. The staff is wonderfully welcoming and helpful and the rooms are great! There are so many activities on offer and you can go for a walk on Torne river. Their breakfast is delicious and as we also had dinner there, we can report it too was very good!
