La comodidad del parking
Un poco viejo ha quedado y el lugar donde está quedó de los años 80
La ubicación, playa muy cerca y en el hotel te prestan sillas y sombrillas.
La habitación un poco pequeña pero no está mal por el precio.
Muy cómodo. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito. Pileta climatizada. Podés ir caminando a la playa. Te prestan reposeras, sombrillas y toallones para la playa sin cargo.
Falta incluir desayuno.
We really enjoyed it here. It was perfect, clean, not far from the beach, trollybus free for visit. Every day the sheets were changed, toiletries were supplies daily, AC worked perfectly, the shower pressure was perfect, nice pool.Our kitchen had everything to make a quick and hot breakfast quick and hot breakfast, refrigerator, microwave, free ice , free towels for beach, free parking! We'll definitely recommend and 100% will stay again here when will come back to visit the amazing and beautiful Miami! 🇺🇸🔝Thank you so much guys!❤️🤗
When looking at different areas in Miami I did quite a bit of research on the area especially as travelling with children we wanted somewhere with good transport links but a little quieter. The beach place hotel ticked all the boxes. The location was ideal for the trolley, we took the Collins express daily down to South Beach and the 100 bus into downtown Miami. The staff were fantastic and the pool was a fantastic selling point for us.
The room had a few visible signs of wear and tear but the cleaning staff were absolutely fantastic!

Muy cómodo, seguro y acogedor. Brindan reposeras, sombrillas y toallas de playa. Muy importante, tiene caja fuerte. Tiene espacio para estacionar, y la pileta se puede usar todo el día, inclusive por la noche. Check-in y check-out rapidísimos y los recepcionistas, excelentes. Todo Hermoso
El baño no tiene buen sistema de desagüe y no te brindan nada para poder secar después de usar la ducha. Si bien la habitación era para personas con movilidad reducida, el baño no tiene bañera ni receptáculo, estaría bueno tener algo para secar el baño luego de ducharse ya que el agua desemboca en un sector, al otro extremo del desagüe
