Cet hôtel peut dépanner pour dormir une ou deux nuits, mais ce n’est clairement pas un endroit où l’on a envie de passer
Pros:

Le personnel est globalement sympathique, notamment le monsieur du parking qui est très agréable. La literie est confortable, les draps sont propres et le matelas est de bonne qualité. La vue sur la mer est également très belle, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Cons:

Les photos présentes sur Booking ne sont clairement plus à jour. L’hôtel est aujourd’hui très mal entretenu. Le mobilier, que ce soit à la piscine, sur la plage ou dans les chambres, est très usé. On voit que certaines réparations sont faites, mais elles sont souvent mal réalisées. Par exemple, il y avait du carrelage cassé dans la salle de bain et même pas de pommeau de douche, ce qui est vraiment limite.

La plage en face de l’hôtel n’est pas très agréable à cause des sargasses.

Point très négatif :
L’expérience au moment du check-out a été particulièrement désagréable. La personne à la réception (le 24 mars) était très peu professionnelle. Elle parle bien anglais, mais extrêmement vite. Lorsque nous lui avons demandé de répéter, elle a levé les yeux au ciel et a soufflé de manière irrespectueuse. Elle ne nous a même pas dit au revoir. Ce comportement est vraiment inacceptable et mérite d’être revu

Experiencia inolvidable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy fácil el tema de la transportación en Autobús a toda la parte céntrica de Cancún, Las instalaciones muy bonitas para fotos como son la parte de la alberca frente al mar.

Beautiful pool and beach, perfect if you don't want to spend much time in your room.
Pros:

The pool area is beautiful, but theres not enough sun throughout the afternoon. Drinks are ~£8 each which was OK, nothing is included in the room price. All the staff were wonderful, and it was a great hotel for a one night layover.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. The sewage smell in the bathroom was quite unpleasant and we put a wet towel over it to block it.

Decent hotel on the beach with a great view

Great location and views

Cons:

It could use a refresh. Paint and fixtures look weathered. Wished for free coffee in the morning or really good coffee if I had to pay. Also there’s a lack of outlets for charging phones etc.

Experiência razoável, mas poderia ser muito melhor atendendo aos preços praticados.

Gostei da localização do hotel.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço muito fraco, pois não era buffet e demoravam uma eternidade para servir uma pequena quantidade de comida. A acústica do quarto também não era das melhores, pois ouvia-se tudo o que se falava no lobby.

Dirty room, rude service, and unreasonable cleaning charges made this a very disappointing stay.

Unfortunately there was very little about the property that stood out positively during this stay.

Cons:

The room was dirty and not maintained to an acceptable standard. In addition, the service at the front desk was extremely disappointing. The female staff members working the counter were rude and dismissive when I raised concerns. I was also charged $40 for what was described as a “wash” for a towel that only had a light fake tan transfer which should normally come out in a standard wash. This charge felt unreasonable and excessive for what appeared to be a routine cleaning task. The way the situation was handled made the experience feel unfair and unprofessional.
