Dieses Hotel nicht buchen!!
Cons:

Auf die meisten Nachrichten bekommt man keine Anworten und ans Telefon geht auch keiner. Wenn dann mal jemand antwortet, versucht sich das Hotel mit allen möglichen Ausreden rauszureden und löst Probleme und Anfragen auf jeden Fall nicht.

birthday treat turned into a nightmare

Cons:

This hotel was supposed to be a birthday treat, but it turned into a birthday nightmare. Ironically, it was also the most expensive hotel of our entire trip — one night here cost more than all the other hotels combined.

From the moment we arrived, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like walking onto the set of a disaster documentary.

The room even though we went for one of the most expensive options was in a basement and the entire place felt like a crumbling ruin. Things were broken everywhere, the staff somehow managed to make the experience even worse by being rude and completely unhelpful, and the air conditioning sounded like an ancient beast taking its final breaths.

Honestly, El Castillo in Chichén Itzá is over 1,000 years old and somehow still seems to be in better condition than this hotel.

I’ve stayed in cheap budget hotels with better service and more atmosphere. Paying luxury prices for this experience was genuinely shocking.

Waar zal ik beginnen,

Ik zal aftrappen met de star of the de show en dat is het “all inclusive” ontbijt. Ik weet niet wat er inclusief aan is, want het is namelijk geen lopend buffet is. bij het ontbijt mag je plaats gaan nemen en komt er een ober naar je toe. hij/zij zal heel kort zijn, omdat er namelijk geen fatsoenlijk ontbijt is.

Het ontbijt bestaat letterlijk elke dag uit: omelet met 2 toppings (3 mag niet) namelijk champignons, kaas en spinazie. Prima, koffie komt in een thermoskan. Je krijgt 4 toastjes met jam en boter en een portie fruit. Dat was hem alweer. Nou ben ik echt niet de moeilijkste als het gaat om ontbijt zeker als het vooraf is aangegeven dat het “all inclusief” is en uiteindelijk 15 euro p.p moet betalen.

Verder is het personeel totaal niet professioneel, parkeergelegenheid is schaars,

De zwembad is prima, eigen strand is ook schoon.

Mij zie je in ieder geval hier niet meer terug.

Me tocó la habitación pegada al otro hotel y tenía muy poca visibilidad al mar y que no tenía balcón solo se podía abrir la ventana

Falta de mantenimiento, puertas no abren, a/c no enfría muy bien. Luces no encienden.

a agua da piscina fria, nao conseguimos usar, uma funcionaria que atende no restaurante, muito sem educacao, nos atendeu mal.
