Great first stay in Sweden!
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room in a very convenient location close to the central train station, university, and local attractions. Breakfast was delicious and loved the large tea cups! Comfy bed and quiet room.

Cons:

Lighting was a little dim in the room when the curtain was closed. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would have been helpful.

Num Domingo a noite cheguei no hotel e o cartão não abria as portas para entrar. Alguém liberou minha entrada por interfone pois me lembrei do numero que precisei usar no dia que cheguei. Por sorte meu inglês foi suficiente para explicar a situação.

Hotellet låst/stängt fram till att puben öppnar!
Pros:

Pub i bottenplan och läget mitt i stan.

Cons:

Incheckning 1600 uppgavs vid telefonkontakt, sa att vi kom vid 1400 och då svarade de att det var okay. Släpade resväskor, kostym och presenter från bilen 700 m bort. Hotellet/puben stängd. Ingen på plats förrän 1600. Fick bära tillbaka allt till bilen igen. Påtalade detta vid incheckningen kl 1600 att de kunde upplyst om detta då jag ringde på morgonen. Att man inte kan komma tidigare till hotellet och att incheckning inte är möjlig förrän 1600. Det bör tydligt framgå vid bokningen. Såg fler gäster under helgen som kom med packning och ville komma in men möttes av en stängd dörr.

Pros:

Ett av det bästa var väl att vi bodde i centrum, men inte i centrum. Utan man kunde komma undan värsta "stöket".
Att det inte var ett vanligt hotell. Utan engelsk inspirerat. Inget modernt utan kändes välkomnande, som ett hem. Så kommer bo där fler gånger.

Cons:

Att det strulade vid incheckningen. Vi var tillsagda att betala för boendet trots att jag redan gjort det. Var inte hotellets fel, utan betalningen hade inte gått igenom hela vägen så hotellet fått info om att det var betalt.
Men efter visat kvitto på att jag hade betalat så löste hotellet det utan problem.
Så Booking får gärna kolla över sina betalningsrutiner så det inte händer fler ggr.
