Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones y ubicación en la ciudad también, el personal muy amable, la habitación muy comfortable

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó era demasiado ruidosa, nose que motor se encendía cada dos minutos, y era una habitación muy calurosa, apagamos la calefacción pero seguía haciendo demasiado calor agobiante

Muy linda estadía
Pros:

Todo el personal es muy amable y servicial. Realmente mejoran la estadía.
Buenas almohadas. Calefacción excelente.
Restaurante muy bueno.

Cons:

El desayuno podría incluir algún pan diferente o alguna cookie o torta más rica.
No huele mal pero le falta como olor a hotel (en pasillos y habitaciones).

Muy bien el desayuno y el check out

Cons:

La atención en el check in fue decepcionante... no les importó nada nuestras consultas... como si hablara de temas que no eran del hotel...
Además: el web check in no funcionaba.

La atención de Fabio y Viviana, mil puntos. Súper buen predispuestos, hiper amables. Nos ayudaron con los lugares a visitar y todo lo que necesita un turista. La limpieza de las habitaciones es de destacar, el personal de limpieza excelente. Y ni que hablar del restaurante del hotel. Súper recomendable y a excelente precio

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó: alfombras ya no se usan. La pileta una lástima que no se pueda usar. En el desayuno ponen paleta en lugar de jamón cocido. En un hotel 4 estrellas.....

Pros:

Varios ascensores, buen desayuno. Buena ubicación. Están renovando instalación. Nuestra habitación aún no estaba actualizada

Cons:

El baño está para renovar, un poco veterano y con poca luz.
La TV de buen tamaño pero ubicada en un lugar en el cual te podés pagar en la cabeza sin querer

Una de las camas de una plaza estaba rota... no había otra habitación disponible y no tenían otra cama... al menos eso me dijeron... muy amablemente me lo dijeron pero en fin... mi nena debió dormir con mucho cuidado.
