Pros:

Location was excellent and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but not great. Fresh berries, melon, and better pastries like chocolate croissants would have been nice. Also, parking was very expensive.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful place, great hotel and staff
Pros:

The property is lovely, very in keeping with the feel of Prague and the architecture, lovely bedroom and the shower was great, nice and hot and great pressure

Cons:

We had a room at the front which had a beautiful view of the square, this can get noisy at night so if you want peace don’t get a room at the front

Çok merkezi. Görülmesi gereken pek çok yere yakın konumda. Gece gürültüsünü belirtmek gerek. O da merkezi konumun getirdiği bir sıkıntı.

Πολυ καλή τοποθεσία με ευρύχωρα και καθαρά δωμάτια-Προσοχή, να λάβετε το δωμάτιο που αρχικα κλείσατε

Ιδανική τοποθεσία για τουρισμό και ένα βήμα από τα κύρια αξιοθεατα της Πράγας. Πολύ καθαρό με διακόσμηση που θυμίζει παλιό αρχοντικό.

Cons:

Ενώ η κράτηση είχε γίνει για 3 δίκλινα δωμάτια με έξτρα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι, το πρώτο βράδυ το ένα δωμάτιο είχε δύο σε ξεχωριστή θέση εντός του δωματίου κρεβάτια χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. Η αλλαγή σε δωμάτιο με έξτρα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι έγινε μετά από αίτημά μας χώρίς να μας ζητήσουν συγγνώμη και χωρίς μεγάλη προθυμία.

Great hotel right by the astronomical clock
Pros:

The location of the hotel was sublime! We got a room with a view, looking out over the Old Town Square and the astronomical clock. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also a great way to start the day.

Cons:

Being a hotel situated on Old Town Square, it can get a tad noisy at night. But I suppose that's the price you have to pay for the great view.

Nightmare stay
Pros:

Worst hotel I’ve ever visited. First room (104), was a separate part of the main hotel, up several flights of stairs, then down a couple of flights and back up another flight of stairs to a large but dirty room. Asked to move rooms to the main hotel, now in a room towards the back of the main hotel, on the first floor. Noise all night, windows don’t have any sound proofing, as we are over an alley I have heard several drug deals before 1am, constant screaming and shouting and the smell of cannabis in the room from people smoking outside. Our friends are in a lovely room at the front of the hotel, with gorgeous views of the astronomical clock, so it seems to be the luck of the draw. I’ve got 2 more nights and I’m booking a different hotel for the next 2 whether I get a refund or not, the place is unbearable.

L'emplacement est vraiment top. La salle du petit déj en face l'horloge, c'est exceptionnel

Les chambres que nous avions donnaient sur l'arrière. Juste sous la sortie des chauffages. Résultat, le bruit dans les chambres est assourdissant jour et nuit. Poir un hôtel a ce prix cest dérangeant

Tesisi şehir merkezinde saat kulesinin karşısında hemen dibinde yer alıyor heryere yürüme mesafesi otelin konumu mükemmel. Çalışanları çok güleryüzlü yardımsever. Otelin kahvaltısı müthişti. Kahvaltınızı saat kulesi manzarasında yapıyorsunuz. Odamız çok rahattı. Şubat ayında konakladık. Sıcacıktı. Sıcak su hep vardı. Havlularımız hergün değişti. Odamız hemen saat kulesi ve meydana bakan manzaralıydı. Birdaha gelsek gene bu oteli tercih etmek isterdim.

Pros:

When we complained that the room had no windows, we were told that itnwas not their job to make customers happy. Nasty employees for a four star hotel

Stinky uncomfortable low quality room with misleading details

Extremely good location.

Cons:

Smells extremely bad in entry and hallways like smoke, weed, body odor, and garbage. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, could not rest and sleep well. Size of room was large but has completely empty spaces like a huge foyer that could fit a dining table. There are also strange locked cabinets that were unusable. Lights kept flickering in the transparent minibar and motion sensors that kept turning on. Is the room being recorded? For a suite, there is no tub and a tiny shower even though they list a tub as a room amenity. Room also advertised direct view of astronomical clock but it was a lie and you had to crane your neck out the window in order to see it. Loud at all hours due to tourism but is expected due to location.
