I would recommend but have a plan for managing your transportation around the area.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. All the staff at this hotel were great. Very charming nice little sanctuary with awesome views from our room in the middle of a very busy Amalfi coast.

Cons:

The only real downside for us was the location which would actually be nice if you could rely on the bus. But unfortunately even in early May riding public transportation was a nightmare. Always full and sometimes not stopping at pickup locations at all. We were forced to use taxis which were very expensive.

Excellent, highly recommended and will come back
Pros:

Great location, we couldn’t have asked for a better view . The staff was amazing. Everything was super clean. Rosa at the front desk was the very best. She did everything to accommodate us and give us valuable information. I can’t say enough great things about her. The other staff Andrea, Mario and Patricia were excellent too. Big thanks to Pino hotel

Cute , but not for light sleepers
Pros:

Very cute hotel , good breakfast , very friendly staff, very clean .

Cons:

The walls are very thin , you can hear everything from any kind of neighbors next door or above . I had a terrible sleep for the entire stay . The room is quite small and not enough space to store clothes or luggage

Pleasant stay in Praiano
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well located. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The staff (at reception and at breakfast) is so friendly and helpful. They really made our visit fun.

Cons:

The room itself isn’t very cozy or homey. It feels impersonal. The desk is in bad condition and the shower needs a seal. There are no warm touches to make you feel at home.

Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

The hotel is stunning, our room faced the sea and Praiano has the most beautiful sunset of the whole Amafi coast. The hotel also has a restaurant, where we had one of the best meals during our stay in the Amalfi coast and Naples. I just wished we had stayed longer. Rosa was also super helpful, she arranged the transfer for us from Sorrento and assist us with the public transport, where to go.

Cons:

Nothing, the place was stunning.

A friendly small very clean hotel, good value, with a magnificent view and outdoor space
Pros:

The view from our balcony was magnificent Directly looking at the sea with Capri in the distance and Positano up the coast. No buildings between us and the water. Bird song delightful and no traffic noise. The property was old and characterful, lovely ceramic floors and ornaments adorning alcoves. It was immaculately clean. The included breakfast was lovely with new baked delights each day. Patricia was friendly and welcoming and proudly explained the menu she had prepared. Vido was very professional cleaning up after guests departed. The tiered gardens were spacious offering sun lounges and shaded space. The pool would be super in season but not yet open in early April. Rosa at reception was efficient and very personable

Cons:

Our room and bathroom were very small. Perhaps that’s true most places on Amalfi coast given the challenges of building on the steep cliffs. The hotel is on the main coastal road-easy access with luggage compared to other properties up narrow steep streets. But walking along that busy road was intimidating as is the case everywhere on the Amalfi coast.
