Pros:

L’emplacement idéal au centre de tout !
Chambre propre avec mobilier récent.

Cons:

Pas de parking, le plus proche est à 27€/jour.
La vue de la chambre donne sur une toute petite coure intérieure sans luminosité.

Cons:

Desayuno bastante caro (15€) para lo que ofrecen en el mismo.
Me parece excesivo que retengan 200 euros a modo de fianza, pero lo que aún me parece peor es que firmas que tienen 7 días para devolvértelo y esperan al ultimo momento para proceder a ello. En mi caso tenía reservadas dos habitaciones y todavía estoy esperando a que me devuelvan los 400 euros.

Habitación muy oscura y vistas decepcionantes para el precio
Pros:

El hotel estaba limpio y, después del cambio de habitación, estuvimos bastante cómodos. El personal nos atendió correctamente y la fianza de 200 € fue devuelta el mismo día.

Cons:

La habitación 108 era extremadamente oscura y la ventana daba directamente a una zona técnica con tuberías, conductos y maquinaria, sin apenas luz natural. Las fotos de Booking no reflejan claramente que una habitación interior pueda tener unas condiciones así. Además, la fianza de 200 € no estaba claramente indicada antes de reservar. La iluminación del hotel y especialmente la del baño es muy fría y tenue. Para el precio de la estancia, esperaba bastante más.

Placement was superb, but the room was a huge disappointment.
Pros:

Breakfast superb, the location was superb, middle of the centre as well as the shopping area. Excellent Japanese restaurant ajoining the hotel .

Cons:

The bed were very uncomfortable , and didn’t correspond with the reservation. I asked for a superior room with a double bed, we were given a room with 2 single beds pushed together and my partner kept falling in between the two hard beds, therefore hardly any sleep. Room was dark, the window was facing a wall.

The location, its cleanliness, the breakfast buffet type was great.

Cons:

Probably it needs a bit of repairing in certain things, which I did notified twice with no solution. I.e. the phone was broken, and there was this constant (24-hour) ‘whistle’ sound coming out from the ventilation fan in the bathroom. Plus, i had an issue at 5:00 am when doing the check-out, as there was no one at the reception, began to call to the hotel phone number to see if someone could hear and come out. It took more than half an hour for the Russian lady to appear as she was sleeping. For the record, I did notify the previous night of the early check out.
