Das Frühstück war wirklich exzellent!

Cons:

Ein Haken für den Mantel wäre im Zimmer günstig. Nur eine Stange ist mühsam.

Schönes Boutique-Hotel direkt in der Altstadt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Team, Penthouse-Suite sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
Der Standort direkt in der Altstadt ist für alle Graz-Besucher perfekt.

Cons:

Betten waren uns etwas zu weich und wirkten leicht durchgelegen. Parken im nächsten Parkhaus ist ok (10 Min. zu Fuß), aber natürlich mit etwas Aufwand verbunden.

Ottima posizione!
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel era perfetta, vicino alle principali attrazioni oltre che a 20min a piedi dalla stazione (12/13min con la linea 1 del tram), la camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, lo staff cordiale e disponibile (anche col check-in oltre l'orario consentito con una mail chiara e semplice di tutti i passaggi da effettuare).

Cons:

Non è una cosa del tutto negativa ma se devo indicare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto, è stata la colazione un po' limitata nella scelta e nei prodotti.

Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf das Zimmer, es fühlte sich wie eine Wohnung an. Gross und geräumig.

Das Frühstück war vielfältig, Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet, lecker war auch der selbstgemachte Mangojoghurt.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, fussläufig alles erreichbar.
Da es Wochenende war, konnten wir das Auto bis Montag früh 9 Uhr kostenlos parken.

Das Personal war rundum freundlich.

Never again!
Pros:

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

There was no drinking water available in the room. They had coke and water in the mini bar for an expensive price only.
The curtains were not wide enough to close properly. When they closed in the middle then there was a gap left and right end vice versa. The air conditioning wasn’t working.
But the worst was the trash and dirt under one of the sofas in the room.
The next morning I made my complains during the check-out , they compensated me with a chocolate bar :-(

Probleme. bei Zimmerbezug, Safe in 2 Zimmern defekt, dafür ein Doppelzimmer ohne Fenster bekommen, gewöhnungsbedürftig

Great location - lack in customer service at the reception
Cons:

We stayed in room no. 19. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished and clean. However, we had concerns about the security of the balcony door which opened onto an inner courtyard. It did not feel securely locked and gave the impression that it could be forced open with little effort. This affected our overall sense of safety during the stay.

While the reception staff were polite, we found one of them not particularly accommodating to guest needs. Upon arrival, our booking had not yet appeared in their system as it had just been made via Booking.com. I showed the confirmation on my phone and asked to access the parking area and leave our luggage at the reception in the meantime. However, the receptionist insisted on waiting until the reservation appeared in the system, which came across as rigid and lacking in customer service orientation. A more empathetic approach would have been appreciated, especially as the situation was easily verifiable and short-lived.
