Die sehr gute Lage & dass es ruhig war.

Cons:

Nicht so komfortabel wie erwartet betreffend die Ausstattung & das Badezimmer nicht ganzheitlich sauber.

Absolutes Top-Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt äußerst zufrieden. Das Gesamtpaket hat uns wirklich überzeugt und es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist das sehr schöne und modern wirkende Badezimmer und das Frühstück, das bei unserer Übernachtung inkludiert war. Das war ausgesprochen köstlich.

Die Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich, Zimmer super Ordentlich und sauber und das Hotel mitten im Zentrum.

Insgesamt ein ausgesprochen angenehmer Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden uns bei einem erneuten Besuch in Graz jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden, was nächste Mal mit Sicherheit länger als nur eine Nacht.

Cons:

Lediglich die technische Ausstattung der Fernseher könnte etwas zeitgemäßer sein. Die Möglichkeit, Streamingdienste wie Netflix zu nutzen, wäre eine schöne Ergänzung. Dies ist jedoch lediglich ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag und angesichts des ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindrucks Kritik auf hohem Niveau.

Pros:

Breakfast was good with variety of food items. Staff was helpful when there was problem of water leakage from shower room. Room and bed were all bigger than I expected.

Cons:

There was water leakage from shower room to the floor of bathroom. I almost slipped over on the wet floor even after 2 hours when I finished shower. Water leakage was more serious than expected. Staff did give me more towels to dry the wet floor. However, some of the big towels had awful and ugly black lines of stains. It was awful expe
rience to use ugly white towels after shower. Hotel surely needs to pay better attention to ensure the big and small towels are clean before distributing them to rooms for use.

Une belle adresse dans le centre ancien de Graz
Pros:

Situé en plein cœur de la ville historique, à proximité de la cathédrale, l'hôtel occupe une maison ancienne. Ce qui lui donne une personnalité que l'on préfère cent fois aux hôtels de chaîne. Chambres confortables, claires, silencieuses. Agréable salle de petit-déjeuner.
