Pros:

Frukosten var god! fanns saker på frukosten, som de tagit bort på flera andra hotell.
Nära till Nordstan, och Restauranger

Cons:

Frukosten var dåligt påfylld, då de kom gäster, mycket var slut, då restaurangpersonalen, var mer på att duka av bord.
Rummet var väldigt Lyhört, så vi sov inte mycket på natten,pga. oväsen från gatan utanför. fanns inget som upplyste detta på bokningen.

Veldig fin plassering, fint hotell, høflige ansatte og god frokost :) Vi følte oss godt ivaretatt, fikk sjekke inn ved ankomst, og veldig fine rom.

Cons:

Rommet var veldig veldig varmt på natten som dessverre ikke ga oss den beste nattesøvnen.

Läget är fantastiskt och en del av personalen väldigt trevliga.

Cons:

Konstigt ojämn service. Bodde där 3 nätter och vissa morgnar fungerade frukosten utmärkt medan det andra morgnar inte verkade finnas någon personal som dukade av och beredde plats för nya gäster. Likaså i receptionen där man ibland träffade mycket serviceinriktade medarbetare och ibland kände det som att man mest var till besvär.

Cons:

Brak możliwości otworzenia okna w pokoju. Zbyt mało stolików na śniadaniu względem ilości ludzi przez co był tłok.

Pros:

Hotellets sociala ytor var fräscha och upplevdes som nyligen renoverade. Mycket centralt läge i Göteborg vid kommunikationer och shopping.

Cons:

Rummet och korridorerna var helt ok men inte alls fräscha som entréplan.
