La proximité avec la gare (en face) et le grand centre commercial (à côté, à 20 secondes).
Le buffet de petit-déjeuner très varié et copieux.
Les espaces d’accueil du rez-de-chaussée, chaleureux.
Personnel peu à pas souriant.
En 5 nuits de séjour, le ménage fait une seule fois dans la chambre.
Les fenêtres de la chambre qu’on ne peut ouvrir que de 3 cm d’entrebâillement, pas idéal pour aérer. Fenêtres très sales.
Le bruit des tramways sous les fenêtres de la chambre, qui passent très très souvent et ne s’arrêtent qu’entre 0h30 et 4h30….
The location near the Central station and the Nordstan shopping centre is quite convenient, especially when you want to use public transport.
Even though there’s a lot of (public) traffic in the area the windows keep the noise of.
The personal, especially at the front desk!
1. The safe in our room was not working and they didn’t manage to solve the problem within our 4 day stay!
2.& worse: on day1 (obviously) the cleaning lady removed our personal plates (Melamin, clearly not the hotel’s one) from our room. It took the hotel 3 days and myself several discussions with the people at the front desk to get them back.
In a decent hotel one would expect an excuse and maybe a „We are sorry goodie“ - but not in this one…

We had positive experiences in other Profile Hotels in Stockholm and Kopenhagen but the Göteborg one won’t see us again!

Standartní hotel v centru města. Bylo tam vše, co člověk potřebuje. Musím vyzdvyhnout vynikající snídani. Obrovský výběr, který byl vždy rychle doplňován.

Struttura in una posizione ottima, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Camera confortevole con tutti i servizi, anche se non era ben chiaro come accendere i riscaldamenti, quindi un po’ fredda durante la notte. La colazione buona e abbondante.
Forse un po’ costosa, il prezzo l’ho trovato esagerato, ma tutto sommato soddisfatta.

Hotel muy céntrico, al lado de la estación central, y con buena relación calidad/precio. El personal es amable, y el desayuno completo.
La habitación era algo antigua, rollo vintage, y necesita un poco de mantenimiento. La cama excesivamente blanda.
