Fantastic location and comfort
Pros:

Fantastic location. Just a two minute walk from the Belvedere palace. Five minutes in an uber to the Spanish Horses / St Stephen’s etc.
Lovely big bedrooms. Really quiet. Comfortable beds and powerful hot showers.

Cons:

The bar was very expensive at 45€ for three drinks.

Cons:

Tiefgaragenein- und ausfahrt zu eng. Man ist super geschickt oder hat Glück, wenn es ohne Schäden am PKW bleibt.
Bereich des Frühstücksbuffets schmutzig, bestimmst in der Woche nicht einmal gereingt worden. Man klebte am Boden.
Einer der Aufzüge war ebenfalls schmutzig. Man musste beim Frühstück seinen Tisch bewachen, damit nicht alles zwischendurch abgeräumt wurde. Das Servicepersonal war laut. Wir hatten dreimal auf Zimmerservice verzichtet, wofür jeweils ein Getränk in der Bar versprochen worden war. Beim Einlösen sträubte sich der Barkeeper. Angeblich galt der Gutscheinen nur einen Tag, worüber wir keine Info gefunden haben. Der Barkeeper war unfreundlich. Erst nach Beschwerde gab es die Auswahl zwischen einem Glas Prosecco, Bier oder Softgetränk. Das Zimmer wurde als leise deklariert. Man hörte Straßenbahn und Aufzüge. Die Klimaanlage war laut und nicht regelbar. Nachmittags gab es kein Warmwasser. Nach Reklamation gab es morgens nur heißes Wasser, kein kaltes. Offenbar Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck. Aus der Dusche roch es nach Fäkalien.

Pros:

Super Hotel, super localizzazione vicino al Belvedere e a circa 20 min a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Molto pulito, con aria condizionata e super buffet per colazione. Era disponibile anche il posto auto nel garage sotterraneo privato.

Room was great. Breakfast was good enough with nice food variety. Comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and nice.
