Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff 10/10.
Pros:

Perfectly situated for the touristy things that we needed to do. There was no noise from the traffic outside. Beds were so comfortable would have loved to take one home. We had an issue with our shower and reported it to reception, it was fixed while we were out, brilliant service. Full choice of toiletries (as pictured)The choice at breakfast was really good, hot choices as well as cold. We needed a taxi early hours of our last day, it was waiting for us when we needed to leave. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vienna. I would use it again on a return trip.

Wished we could have stayed there longer 😩

Personal top, Frühstück top, Lage gut
Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang & im Frühstücksraum ist wirklich sehr freundlich & aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war wirklich extrem ruhig. Einzig die Klima war etwas laut……

Cons:

Schade das der Teppich im Flur schon ziemlich fleckig ist, das macht den tollen Ersteindruck den man am Empfang bekommt leider wieder weg….

Hôtel xo Fortaleza à 2 pas du Ring et à 20 min de la gare à pieds
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé à deux pas du Ring. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous avons loué des vélos que nous avons pu garer dans le garage de l'hôtel.

Bene la posizione dell'hotel 10 minuti a piedi dall'inizio del centro città, buona la dimensione della camera, letto comodo, ottima la colazione, molto buona la pressione dell'acqua in doccia, qualità e prezzo molto buono, per andare in centro attravesare la strada e scendere 50 m e trovate la fermata del tram il numero 71 vi porterà in centro.

Cons:

In tutti i 3 giorni che abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel lasciavamo la stanza alle10 e rientravamo a 17 e la stanza non era ancora stata pulita e bisognava andare a chiedere di farla pulire, un giorno il lavandino non era stato pulito, manca un gancio per appendere un asciugamano vicino al bagno.

Ein gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung, Das Zimmer war privat und abgelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Shop bei der Rezeption war toll.

Cons:

Rezeptionisten und das Frühstückspersonal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Personal an der Bar sehr zurückhaltend und einsilbig, ich hatte das Gefühl ich störe dort. Aber vielleicht war das nur mein Eindruck.

Very recommended !
Pros:

The location is good and easy access to metro and tram to the centre.
Breakfast was very good with very high quality coffee and fruits.
Room was sacious with very good beds.
Toilet and shower ( bath ) were very clean
Very calm atmosphere by reception and rooms.

Cons:

There is not a shower courtain hanging to stop water running out. there is a glass wall instead which is not enough good for that purpose.
