ロケーション、設備、清潔さ、スタッフなど良かった。

Cons:

元々、3月13日からの予約だったが、中東情勢が悪化しエミレーツが飛ばなくなった。返金不可の予約だったが、キャンセルまたは日程変更の相談したところ、「変更可能」とのメッセージが届いた。しかし実際には新規予約扱いとなり、結果的に同じ宿泊に対して2回分の料金を支払うことになった。
前日に泊まったチェスキークロムノフのホテルルゼでは、同じ返金不可のプランだったが日程変更に応じてくれて、4月ハイシーズンなので、差額の料金を払った。
