Beim einchecken Bad wurde nicht sauber gemacht waren 3 Nächte dort darauf folgenden Tage wieder nicht sauber gemacht wasser Flasche wurde aufgefüllt von der Wasserleitung Kaffee wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt hätte mich gefreut wenn man uns dafür eine Nacht kostenlos vorgeschlagen hätte haben zwar Frühstück erhalten aber eine Tasse Kaffee und Brötchen hat es nicht gut gemacht

Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda. El desayuno bien. El personal excelente la mayoría son españoles .

Cons:

El baño es incómodo. El WC está más bajo de lo normal y no es cómodo. La bañera muy alta y hace difícil el acceso. Pero estaba nuevo y limpio.

Viešbutis ypatingai patogioje lokacijoje, viskas šalia - lankytinas vietas lengva pasiekti pėsčiomis, iki tolimesnių lokacijų, pvz. Prahos zoo viešuoju transportu, iki metro ar tramvajų sustojimų irgi vos keletas minučių pėsčiomis.

la camera al piano terreno senza insonorizzazione sulla strada; mancavano asciugamani del bidet, le ciabattine nella camera, non c'erano accappatoi, non c'era il dispenser per il sapone del bidet e nemmeno una saponetta apposta. Pulizia dei pavimenti pessima, soprattutto in bagno dove c'erano capelli e polvere dei precedenti clienti sotto e accanto ai sanitari. Non sono state cambiate le lenzuola. Non veniva riordinata come ci si aspetterebbe in un 5 stelle. Personale delle pulizie non all'altezza. La stanza veniva rifatta solo al mattino e mai dopo essere rientrati e usciti nuovamente. Tutti i giorni ho dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani per il bidet.

Perfecto
Pros:

Habitación cómoda, tuvimos un problema con la TV y lo solucionaron rápido, también tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos salir un poco más tarde de la habitación, ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche.
El personal de recepción muy amable todos en general, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que fuese, volvería otra vez

Otelin konumu, çalışanların güler yüzü, temizliği hersey muhteşemdi.

Cons:

Saç kurutma makinesi çok uzun süre çalışmıyor. Kullanmaya başladıktan 30 saniye sonra aşırı ısındığı için duruyor ve soğuması gerekiyor. Saçları geç kuruyan kisiler için keyifsiz bir deneyim. Eşim baya bir cebelleşti makine ile :)

Hotel fantastico peccato per la colazione gluten-free.
Pros:

L’hotel ha delle camere molto belle, pulite e ben attrezzate. Il bagno è molto spazioso e ha anche una vasca. Il personale dell’hotel è Gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Ho trovato la colazione gluten-free, un po’ misera, dal punto di vista dei dolci. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più tenendo conto del prezzo e delle stelle.
