Se le han caído 3 estrellas
Pros:

Ubicación, y la profesionalidad de Carlos.
Involucrado, en su trabajo y rápido para resolver el problema.

Cons:

Al llegar la habitación helada con el aire puesto.
Vinieron y nos dijeron que en un rato empezaba a calentar, y al volver a la noche, el aire continuaba puesto, e imagínense como estaba la habitación. 14°, y así estuvimos esperando los 3 días, osea, pasando frío.
La primera noche bajamos a recepción, y nuestra sorpresa fue, que nos dijo que no podían cambiarnos y nos dan un edredón ( no era de la medida de la cama) y con el debajo del brazo, volvimos a la habitación.
Señoras y señores, hablamos de un hotel de 5 estrellas.
Nosotros mismos con un edredón, por los pasillos del hotel... De risa.
Sin decir que... Primer día, el dosificador del gel de baño TOTALMENTE VACÍO, segundo día, no nos pusieron la alfombrilla de la ducha, y tercer día de las dos toallas de bidé, solo nos dejaron, una.
Sin olvidar un trozo de celo, en el lateral de la cama pegado, que nos acompañó durante TODA LA ESTANCIA. Y eso, limpiando todos los días...
Último día, nombró a Carlos de recepción, porque al contarle como fué, nuestra estancia tan patética, se mostró muy empatico y resolutivo, primero con sus disculpas, y luego ofreciendo en nombre del hotel, el Uber para ir al aeropuerto. Fue todo un detalle por su parte
Gracias Carlos, eres lo mejor que nos ha pasado en el hotel.
Todo lo contrario a su compañera ( española) que desde el primer día que vivió nuestra odisea, hasta el último, que se encontraba allí, era como ver un mueble. Parsimonia total. Le falta tablas.

Amazing hotel and so handy for local sightseeing, eating and shopping
Pros:

Staff were helpful and attentive. Room was so comfy and had so many little room extras that we really appreciated. The proximity to food places, shops and old town was great so we were able to walk everywhere. Breakfast buffet had so much choice and we really enjoyed it both times we ate there.

היה מושלם מבחינתנו! מלון אירופאי שקט וקלאסי, בבניין מיוחד, חדר מרווח ונקי מאוד, צוות מקצועי, שירותי ואדיב. מיקום מושלם על רחוב ראשי וקרוב לנהר, מרחק של כ-7 דקות הליכה מכל מרכז ומוקד בלב העיר. מומלץ מאוד!! מגהץ ומכונת קפה כייפית.. בית קפה ובייקרי מעולה צמוד..

Good location - good range of breakfast - friendly staff
Pros:

The location was within about 800m from the Old Town Square.

The 22 and 23 tram outside the hotel took you to the castle and cathedral. The number 9 train took you to the train station.

Cons:

The attic room on the 4th floor was nice. It had a lovely view of the castle and cathedral from the velux style windows. The bed was very wide and comfortable.

However, I’m 6ft 2 and the roof beams were quite close to my head.
