Umístění hotelu fantastické. Prodloužení check-out zdarma.
Pros:

Snídaně dostatečná, pečivo ,,čerstvě rozmražené, ale dobré. Výběr dostatečně široký. Káva i když z automatu byla dobrá. Výhled na Hradčany famózní.

Cons:

První den při příjezdu, ani jedna z recepčních neuměla česky, přece jen bavit se s recepční v ČR a českém hotelu pouze anglicky.....
Další drobnost, i když velmi důležitá, na WC se nenacházela pomůcka k vyčištění WC po použití.

Personál milý, ale hotel hlavne vybavenín nesplnil moje očakávania.
Pros:

Raňajky boli super aj personál veľmi milý ochotný

Cons:

Nepáčili sa mi tmavé priestory, čierny nábytok, málo svetla na izbe. Prvé dni mi nefungovalo kúrenie a bola mi tam veľká zima, tiež trošku poškrabané dvere a priestory na raňajkách (tmavé, umelé svetlo, mreže na oknách). V izbe mi chýbal písací stôl a stolička na prácu s laptopom a tiež jedno veľké normálne svetlo čo by osvietilo celú miestnost, keď človek chce čítať alebo pracovať s laptopom. Z toho množstva malých svetiel som bola zmätená, tiež mi dlhšie trvalo kým som prišla na to ako funguje sprcha atď. Uvítala by som tiež väčšiu ponuku čajov na izbe, aspoň jeden typ bylinkového čaju a nejakú priestor na odloženie vecí do chladničky.
