Above expectations!
Pros:

Location is perfect. Breakfast was excellent! Very clean. Spacious room. Big bathroom. Galleria krakowska which was right outside the door was also a big plus.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Very happy with everything.

מלון מצויין - אחד הטובים שהייתי בהם

אחד המלונות הטובים שהייתי בהם, לא ציפיתי! חדר מרווח ומעוצב ממש מגניב, היתה לי גם מקלחת וגם אמבטיה, מיטה נוחה בטירוף, ישנתי מצויין! מאוד שקט ולא שומעים אנשים מחדרים אחרים בכלל.
במלון עצמו יש בר, יש מסעדה וטיפולי ספא אבל אין ג'קוזי או בריכה... לא אכלתי ארוחת בוקר אז לא יודעת איך היא. הלובי מעוצב עם המון עציצים מגניבים.
צוות מדהים, עוזרים ועונים על שאלות בחיוך.
מבחינת מיקום - המלון צמוד לקניון וסטארבקס, יש מעבר תת קרקעי שיש בו צ'יינג', מאפיות ודוכנים וגם סניף קטן של זבקה. מהצד השני של המעבר מגיעים ישר לפארק פלנטי ומשם קל להגיע לעיר העתיקה. גם קרוב לבית קפה חתולים :) קרוב גם לתחנה מרכזית.

Fantastic hotel in superb location
Pros:

Great location to everything in Krakow. No need for taxis/ubers as everything was walkable

Cons:

Probably could have had a bit more choice for breakfast but aside from that, it was excellent

Cons:

Зупинялися не вперше, але цього разу (в кінці січня) дали зовнішній номер, в ванній кімнаті було дуже холодно, обігрів в ній відсутній взагалі. Кондиціонер, який знаходився в кімнаті не справлявся з обігрівом навіть в кімнаті, не кажучи вже о ванній.
