Small gift if you chose to not have the room cleaned - although cleaning service entered the room anyway and cleaned a bit

One of the towels had a hole in it - unacceptable for a 4 star hotel...
The shower hardware was unstable
Some amenities missing for 4 star hotel + no electrical socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom
Strange speaker like device in bathroom with unclear destination

Bellissimo Hotel vicino alla stazione e a un grande centro commerciale. Srategico per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Co,odissimo, bello, ordinato e pulito. Non abbiamo preso la colazione in hotel ma nei dintorni ci sono bar e altro per la colazione

Kleines, aber gut eingerichtetes Zimmer, schönes grosses Bad, sehr nahe an der Altstadt gelegen = Top-Lage

Cons:

Wir hatten Einzelbetten, vielleicht hab ich da was falsch gemacht bei der Buchung, wir bevorzugen ein gemeinsames Bett.
