Great position on the front at Thessaloniki. Lovely views. The porters outside the front of the hotel were exceptional - friendly and helpful - perhaps they should train the rest of the staff!
Room was ok but not spectacular. No coffee machine in the room which was poor for the standard of hotel.
Generally the staff seemed indifferent.
A good hotel but something was lacking, particularly atmosphere.
It did what it said on the tin but not in an exceptional way.
Air conditioning was either off or very noisy.
Breakfast was average and if you ordered something then it was really slow.

We had a beautiful room with a side sea view, it allowed us to watch the bay and soak in the city. They stocked the mini bar for free every day, so we had refreshments to enjoy the view with

Die Lage und das Personal sind überragend. Ebenfalls die Gastfreundschaft die ich bekommen habe, war auch bezaubernd. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
