Schöne Altstadt, aber hat alles seinen Preis.. Tags überlaufen, abends besser.
Pros:

Direkt am historischen Platz zum Pisaturm. Das ist das entscheidende Argument. Ansonsten wäre es eher nicht empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Restaurants nur selten mit italienischer Bedienung. Zum Schluss war ich schon mit einem launigen Italiener glücklich.

Best choice for short stay.
Pros:

Best location. Minutes away from the central square of Pisa. 24 hours reception and nice personel. They allowed us to leave our luggage after the check out which was very important because we could walk around all day comfortably. Excellent choice for short stay.

Cons:

The room was small but this was not problem for us. For 1-2 nights is OK. If you don't expect 5 stars for this price you will be satisfied.

The location is excellent. We would recommend this hotel for a one-night stay. If you plan to stay longer, its shortcomings become much more noticeable and may outweigh its advantages.

The location was very good and very close to the tower of Pisa.

Cons:

The room was so old and very small with very old furniture and an old wooden floor. The air conditioning didn’t work properly so we couldn’t sleep the whole night. The worst thing is that there were a lot of bed bugs which kept biting me the whole night leaving red itchy rashes on my skin and because of this I couldn’t get a sleep at all.

No merece la pena
Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

Hotel que no cumple con las estrellas ni con la relación calidad/precio.
Para empezar, no hay ascensor.
Entramos en la habitación y era lo mismo que entrar en un horno, y para colmo cuando salías de la habitación y quitabas la tarjeta que conecta la red eléctrica el aire dejaba de funcionar, con el problema que el aparato es bastante antiguo y sólo bajó la temperatura en 3 grados en toda una noche.
Baño descuidado, donde la mampara no encaja bien y los sanitarios están para cambiar (la altura del lavabo no excede de los 75cms desde el suelo)
Además entrar en el baño era algo parecido a entrar en una sauna del calor que hacía.
Sólo buscábamos un hotel donde dormir y darnos una ducha agusto y fue casi una supervivencia las dos noches que estuvimos.

Cons:

All’inizio ho ricevuto una stanza senza finestre, un sottotetto dove l’aria condizionata partiva solo dopo minuti (mi hanno detto). Dopo numerose lamentele mi hanno cambiato la stanza ma mi sono accorto che nella mia prenotazione diceva chiaramente: stanza al primo piano con vista cortile o mura (quindi con finestra)

Excellent location
Pros:

The location is excellent for exploring Pisa, just few steps away from Piazza dei Miracoli. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed during our visit.

Cons:

The furniture is outdated, but it didn’t affect the overall comfort of our stay.
