Friendly staff, good location and somewhat affordable.
Pros:

The hotel location is great during the day. At night its a little unsafe.

Cons:

There was hair in the bathroom when we entered and it was not ours.
The drain to the bathtub did not drain properly.

Machine à laver et sèche-linge disponibles et en bon état

Cons:

Salle de bains assez étroite et le réglage de l'eau chaude aléatoire pouvant être dangereux pour un enfant autonome
Certains couverts mal nettoyés et l'une chaise de la salle à manger cassée
Absence de produit à vaisselle, uniquement de la poudre pour le lave-vaisselle
Absence d'étendoir à linge
Place de parking étroite pour les SUV. Le personnel a tout de même su répondre à nos attentes.

Quiet and in a great location but don’t bring your car

There was a lack of car parking availability.
On arrival, the front desk staff appeared to lack knowledge of car parking locations and were confusing when they tried to impart information. I booked this hotel as it advertised car parking but when I arrived there wasn’t availability. I wasn’t the only person either, there were others at the desk in the same boat.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The location was good. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and close to the cruise terminal.

Cons:

We were on the third floor so no views. They had a portable air-conditioner. The balcony was about a foot wide so useless. You had to eat sitting on your bed as no table or chairs.

Cons:

The parking was $50 a night extra, it did have harbour views from one window over some buildings in the distance. It was much smaller than expected, the name gives the impression of a suite, it's a hotel room.
