Would not stay here again. Parking a nightmare.

Portable aircondioner right next to the bed. So loud that you couldn't sleep. Very hot and stuffy if it wasn't on. Aircon obviously working in reception but not room.
Parking a nightmare with having to get a pass from reception before you can access and very poor instructions to get in there and so tight to turn in and out. Plus having to us the tag to leave carpark on checkout and then find a carpark somewhere on the streets and then walk the carpark tag back to reception 😡

Great location and stunning views but needs air conditioning in the bedroom
Pros:

Comfortable and well equipped with stunning views of the harbour and city from our 36th floor room with harbour view. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

It was very hot at night with no air con in the bedroom. Opening the window wasn’t a great help as city noise made it impossible to sleep. We eventually managed to get to sleep by having the living room air con on and a fan ( in the living room)blowing some of the cold air into the bedroom .

Great location and view.
Pros:

The View and location was amazing. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower leaked and it was quite a warm room. The aircon unit was only small. We didn’t realise that we had to pay $45 per night for the parking.

Great location but won’t stay again
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Reception was 24/7 which was great for a late flight arrival.

Cons:

Room was outdated and unclean (dusty). Lifts were very slow and car parking was extremely tight. Rooms were very noisy with loud people in the hallways at midnight on a weekday. Went here for a budget stay but wished we spent more $ and stayed elsewhere.
