Facility’s were nice.

Cons:

I was never returned my bond, even though nothing was damaged during our stay. I also reserved parking which I was then told upon arrival was not available.

Did the job.
Pros:

The location was great for central Auckland. 2 minute walk to supermarket and shops. Nice eateries a couple of minutes walk.

Cons:

It wasn't very clean, the floors needed and good vacuum and the shower tiles were not great. Some of it was due to the apartment being quite old - which is fair - but could have done with a decent clean all over. The room was smaller than expected.

Pros:

Nice clean room, comfortable bed

Cons:

Shower over bath was very tricky to navigate. Small bathroom area for 3 adults. No full length mirror. Family in cheaper room got better view and 2 bathrooms.

It was a short stay, and a last minute booking but it was so good

overall my husband and i enjoyed our stay despite minor inconveniences. affordable and perfect location to tour auckland
Pros:

good location, close to everything. perfect for a couple nights stay, easy to check in and out.

Cons:

found two cockroaches in our room :( dryer wasn’t very clean nor was the duvet inner, quite stained. had to evacuate while having a nap for some time due to fire alarm going off. wasn’t notified how long bond will take to be refunded after stay so still waiting for that
