Отличное месторасположение - Эль Гуна. Реновированные номера - очень симпатичные. Отдельные сотрудники достойны упоминания. Прекрасный сервис и индивидуальный подход. Моя большая благодарность ребятам из
La Picina- Ahmad Nasser и Ahman Aswani очень клиентоориентированные. Простыми словами - сделают то, чего
даже нет в меню.

We got sick from the food/drink at the hotel and this really affected our stay.

Cons:

The spa facilties, the staff service. Although the staff cleaning the room were excellent.

Exceptional in every level !
Pros:

Staff and people working, quietness and extended location with exceptional green layout gardens with water logoons , far and beyond effort with love for hotel and guest in all departments, reception, restaurant, housekeeping, beach .

Cons:

I wouldn’t be able to find one reason! I come regularly and for years!

Wonderful comfort vacation resort with nature
