Pros:

Voor de 4x in 15 jaar tijd geweest. Alles nog steeds prima op orde. Mooi strand, goede parasols. Eten prima.

Cons:

Jammer dat er weel veel luidruchtige Duitsers waren. 1x per week BBQ aan het strand waarbij je verplicht met andere aan een tafel moest gaan zitten. Dat is niet prettig en werd door meerdere gasten niet als prettig ervaren

However, that is unfortunately where the positives end, because on the inside, this hotel is a disaster. The name "Boutique Hotel" is completely misleading – the whole place feels more like a run-down hostel.Condition & Cleanliness: Inside, everything looks like a ruin. Everything hangs crooked. Dirty dishes sit around for days because the cleaning crew simply doesn't clear them away. Given how the beds looked, I highly doubt they were properly cleaned.Standard Rooms: The rooms are absolutely unbearable. Everything is broken. There are no proper amenities; you can basically only use it to sleep in the bed. Power outlets don't work, forcing you to search for other functioning sockets.Value for Money: The hotel is far too expensive per night for what it (doesn't) offer. Breakfast isn't even included in the price.Conclusion: A hotel in a great location with wonderful staff, but the building itself desperately needs a full renovation. Completely overpriced for this ruined condition!

Das Sheraton Miramar ist eine wirklich wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr schönen Lobbys und tollen Strandabschnitten, an denen man sich – bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten – sehr schön erholen kann. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Service beim Essen: Die jungen Mädchen im Restaurant waren sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend, aber auch die anderen Mitarbeiter dort waren toll. Allerdings gibt es im Hotel insgesamt sehr große Unterschiede beim Service, je nachdem, in welchem Bereich man ist. ..

Schöne Strände, aber zwei große Minuspunkte für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel!

Das Sheraton Miramar hat eine wirklich wunderschöne Anlage und tolle Strandabschnitte. Leider gab es zwei Punkte, die uns sehr unzufrieden gestimmt haben:

1. Sehr unangenehme Zimmerlage ab Nr. 4000:
Die gesamte Zimmerreihe ab der Nummer 4000 aufwärts liegt sehr nah an einer Kläranlage. Das führt dazu, dass es direkt beim Ankommen oder beim Herauskommen aus dem Zimmer durchgehend sehr laut ist und ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch herrscht. Eine solche Anlage ist selbstverständlich wichtig, aber die Zimmer liegen einfach viel zu nah daran. Nach über 10 Tagen Aufenthalt war das sehr störend. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns zwar angeboten, aber ich wollten den großen Umzugsstress nicht noch einmal. Die Zimmer selbst sind zwar groß, aber sehr dunkel (wegen der Bäume davor) und relativ kalt. Wenn man diese Zimmer schon vermietet, sollten sie viel, viel günstiger sein!

2. Verschwundene Kleidung / Unzuverlässiger Service:
Ich habe bei der Abreise eine weiße Hose im Zimmer vergessen (sie lag wohl auf der weißen Bettwäsche). Ich habe sofort angerufen. Erst hieß es, die Hose wurde gefunden und ein Bekannter von mir könne sie abholen. Beim nächsten Telefonat hieß es plötzlich, die Hose sei doch nicht mehr da! Sie wurde mir trotz eindeutiger Bestätigung verweigert bzw. ist im Hotel verschwunden.

Besonders enttäuschend: Der Zimmerservice hat von mir zum Abschied – wie es sich gehört – ein sehr gutes Trinkgeld und sogar Süßigkeiten bekommen. Dass man danach so unehrlich mit meinen vergessenen Sachen umgeht, ist für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ein absolutes No-Go und ein riesiger Minuspunkt!
