EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN Y ATENCIÓN
Pros:

el hotel está muy bien ubicado, a solo dos cuadras de la estación ADO, nos trasladamos caminando, además el centro también está cerca y permite caminar incluso por la noche, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y bonitas, y el personal muy amable, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel

Hotel en zona muy bonita con una linda piscina y personal muy amable
Pros:

Hotel muy central en la zona "bonita" de Palenque. Perfecto para descansar despues de un dia de calor en la piscina. Habitaciones standard con buen aire acondicionado y camas comodas. Nos cambiaron la habitacion que daba a la calle sin ningun problema. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Como siempre en muchos hoteles de Mexico: desayuno no incluido...

Pros:

Amabilité et professionnalisme du personnel, chambre propre et bien équipée. Bel endroit aéré et agréable, bien situé à côté de restaurants et à proximité du terminal de bus.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel 🤗
Pros:

Personal war zuvorkommend und unglaublich nett!
Zimmer absolut sauber, gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage sehr leise.
Pool ebenfalls sauber und Handtücher wurden vom Hotel gestellt.
Fußläufig zum Ado-Terminal und Stadtmitte. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe und im Hotel selber. WiFi stabil.
Touren konnten über das Hotel gebucht werden.

Cons:

Das wir nicht länger bleiben konnten 😉

Très bon hôtel pour visiter Palenque.
Pros:

Hôtel confortable et bien aménagé avec des équipements modernes en bon état. Très bien situé, dans une rue calme avec plusieurs restaurant autour. Juste a coté un rue commercial typique accessible.

Cons:

Aucun problème a signaler sauf quelques clients demi-civilisés qui ont fait du bruit tard. Mais l'Hotel ne peut etre responsable des client sans éducation.

Slechte ervaring
Pros:

Bij het inchecken werden we zonder overleg naar een ander hotel gestuurd omdat er iets met de kamer was. Het andere hotel was aan drukke rotonde en had kleinere en goedkopere kamers. We moesten gewoon het volle pond betalen en ze weigerden om iets van compensatie te geven.

Cons:

Slechte communicatie, geen overleg en brutaal.

Очень приятный и комфортный отель с отличным расположением. Рекомендую для посещения Паленке.
Pros:

Отель отлично расположен в шаговой доступности до центра города, откуда уходит транспорт к археологической зоне, и от автобусной станции. Рядом много симпатичных кафе и ресторанов. Номер удобный, можно оставить на хранение вещи.

Cons:

Хотелось бы иметь в номере чайник и мини-холодильник.
