Slechte ervaring
Pros:

Bij het inchecken werden we zonder overleg naar een ander hotel gestuurd omdat er iets met de kamer was. Het andere hotel was aan drukke rotonde en had kleinere en goedkopere kamers. We moesten gewoon het volle pond betalen en ze weigerden om iets van compensatie te geven.

Cons:

Slechte communicatie, geen overleg en brutaal.

Очень приятный и комфортный отель с отличным расположением. Рекомендую для посещения Паленке.
Pros:

Отель отлично расположен в шаговой доступности до центра города, откуда уходит транспорт к археологической зоне, и от автобусной станции. Рядом много симпатичных кафе и ресторанов. Номер удобный, можно оставить на хранение вещи.

Cons:

Хотелось бы иметь в номере чайник и мини-холодильник.

Pros:

Good location, close to restaurants, and a walk to the central area to catch the collectivo to the ruins. The room was a good size, had a good (hot) shower and was clean. Nice to have a/c and a ceiling fan.

Fantastic all round.
Pros:

I was surprised how good it was. Easy to get around. Walk to supermarket or up to town. Close to Ado plus excellent tours and private drivers thru hotel. We used a driver to get us back to the airport too.

Cons:

The pillows weren't so great. Also I would have like a kettle. I like a cup of tea in my room.

Spacious room in a good location
Pros:

The location was nice, close to the bus station, the colectivos and the center as well. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice, they even stored our luggage for 2 days for free while we went on a tour in the area.

Cons:

We could hear people in the rooms next to ours. Not because they were loud but just because the sound proofing was not that good.

I took the smallest room in the hotel and it was more than fine for a solo traveller.
Pros:

Really good for solo travelers. Clean pool, small intimate, hotel, and close to restaurants and the Laguna shore.

Cons:

Room and lock up keys are bulky in your bag with their shell or block of wood attachments.
