Détente !
Pros:

Tous les services proposés dans l’hôtel (restaurants, spa, brochures tourismes). On a aussi aimé le fait qu’il y ait des sorties par le haut et le bas de la ville.

Cons:

Il fallait prendre plusieurs essence yes pour se rendre de notre chambre aux différents services.

Un super moment à Malte
Pros:

La partie restauration du Buenaventura qui etait renouvelé tous les jours, le SPA, même s'il était pas très chaud.
Le rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Le sauna était tiède, très loin des températures adéquate.

great value / very clean / comfortable and accessible
Pros:

1st holiday in Malta, appreciate some roadworks at present in Melliha however lovely experience - the hotel was perfect , room was cleaned and also spot on and to compliment cleaner also here, we ate in the 2nd restaurant and food was excellent , great value and staff were excellent .
We did day trips and beach so just only visited the pool area .
Certainly will plan to come back .

Fantastisch hotel, schoon, goede faciliteiten, mooie ligging!
Pros:

Erg schone appartementen. Personeel enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Goed onderhouden. Hele Fijne bedden, schoon en fris beddengoed. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Perfect!

Cons:

De gangen hebben een flinke accoustiek. Dat hoorde je vooral ‘s avonds/ ‘s ochtends vroeg. Koffers rollen, praten, deuren slaan hard dicht door de drangers.

We hoorden geen geluid van de buren als zij op hun appartement waren. Het waren echt de gangen. Maar er stond zoveel positiefs tegenover. Dat we geluiden ook snel weer vergeten.

Esperienza bellissima!! Consiglio
Pros:

Hotel davvero bello e pulitissimo
Cibo abbondante e molto buono
Posizione eccellente nonostante la strada per scendere al mare sia chiusa momentaneamente per lavori, vista sulla chiesa da sogno!
Piscine meravigliose, palestra attrezzata.

Lo staff della reception
Davvero Poco collaborativo!!
Non parlano una parola in italiano, non ti consigliano e aiutano su nessuna iniziativa
Per un hotel dí questo livello lo ritengo grave ..

Very noisy hotel
Pros:

The appartment suite is quite big, the view is great and you are close to the center. The staff is friendly too. The morning buffet is nice but low quality.

Cons:

The building is VERY noisy! The old elevators, the tiles everywhere, the music from the pool and no silence policy makes earplugs mandatory! The management knows it but does not do anything about it. The bedding in the bedroom is fine but terrible in the living room. Plus, the room service is very intrusive, they come in 3-4 times a day even if you are in the shower. Hard to rest in these conditions. Half the gym equipments are broken.
We paid for a room upgrade and got a cheese platter and wardrobes.. not worth it
