Hotel molto pulito, la posizione di fronte alla basilica e vicino ai principali servizi. Vista meravigliosa, e abbiamo utilizzato entrambi i giorni il ristorante Bonaventura dove ogni giorno c'è un tema diverso e molta scelta.

Cons:

Il personale non parlava nessuno italiano e inoltre ho notato che le ragazze della reception non erano nemmeno così tanto disponibili, bensì molto fredde.
Altra pecca, l'area SPA, molto carina ma purtroppo non l'abbiamo utilizzata, poichè non esiste un passaggio interno e protetto dal freddo, bensì collegata con il corridoio esterno dove la porta veniva lasciata spalancata e quindi con la temperatura invernale.

Top marks to the incredible staff.
Pros:

Property was so clean and apartment very well equipped. The staff were all fabulous, so polite and helpful. The staff on reception were particularly lovely, I’m sorry I am rubbish names but shoutout to the lovely lass who helped us when our Uber never turned up to take us to the airport.

Cons:

Only fault I could find is that it was difficult to contain the water within the shower. I ended up using towels to mop up after each shower

Avant tout la malhonnêteté du personnel de ménage qui m'a volé un câble de chargeur de téléphone oublié sur la table dans ma chambre j'ai contacté la réception qui m'a dit que la femme de ménage déclarait n'avoir rien trouvé (??!)
Compliqué également le côté labyrinthe pour passer d'un ascenseur à l'autre et les traversées de couloir pour rejoindre sa chambre : depuis la réception un premier ascenseur pour descendre du 6e étage au 1er, traverser de longs couloirs pour reprendre un autre ascenseur du 1er au 6e étage 🤔

It is fun getting around and trying to find your way

Cons:

The spa in spring is limited to 1 small indoor pool and jacuzzi in both of which the water looks very dirty. Sauna is heated to 40 degrees. In our room there was a constant buzzing sound of hotel ventilation
