Bon rapport qualité prix hors saison.
Pros:

Grand hôtel, bien placé, équipe de l'hôtel agréable. Séjourné en février, bon rapport qualité prix si réservation en avance.

Cons:

Literie très moyenne, petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Une odeur de canalisation persistante dans la chambre.

If you’re on a tight budget, definitely not for leisurely travel
Pros:

Cheap accommodation, very comfortable beds, nice balcony.

Cons:

Talking about the balcony, its door wont fully close, so it wasn’t extremely comfortable. Another massive drawback - there was almost no hot water during our stay. Only up until the last day of our stay we had to shower in lukewarm water. Adding onto that, when fluishing the toilet, a few drops of the water from the toilet get onto the seat, which definitely cannot be hygienic.
Talking about the hotel as a whole - it is some maze. To reach our room, we had to walk and take multiple different elevators, which isn’t what you would expect from a “4 star” hotel.
Noise insulation is also practically non existent.

Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and helped us all the way. Check-in and out were super easy. We only stayed for one night because our flights were moved and we spontaneously got a room which was really cheap so we expected nothing. What we got was a clean room and the option to use all the Spa facilities (except the massages which would obviously cost extra). We were surprised in a positive way!

Cons:

The only thing that stood out to us is the fact that our room was located right down at the street with the restaurant across the street. That meant that it was quite loud in the morning and the windows are not soundproof. But we also only booked the economy room and did not pay a lot of money which makes this totally reasonable

Pros:

The cave bar next to the swimming pool is very nice. Staff is polite and very helpful. The view from the balcony was excellent. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
