A tematikus vacsora.
Great location and the hotel was so clean and staff very polite and attentive.
I like the spa and sauna..
The breakfast selection and the 3 different pools.
Nothing in particular
We chose Pergola because we wanted a hassle-free 5-day getaway with our toddler without travelling abroad. The half-board price was reasonable compared with other hotels, and the good reviews gave us confidence.
The food was definitely the highlight. It was delicious and varied, with a different cuisine each evening (Asian, Maltese, African, etc.), which is great for a longer stay.
The staff did make efforts to help when we raised the issues we experienced.
We were told we could arrive early and use the facilities, but the luggage room was full, so we had to leave our bags in the car.
Parking at €10 per day felt rather expensive, considering how easy it is to park nearby.
At check-in, we were told there was an issue with our allocated room, so we were given another room next to reception for the first night. This room was fine, but when we moved to our allocated room the following day, we experienced problems with the air conditioning. It was automatic and we couldn't control the temperature ourselves.
We reported the issue during the second night. We were given a fan and told the chiller had been restarted, but unfortunately the room remained too warm.
We eventually decided to leave one night early. We were offered a portable AC and a refund of the €3 city tax, which we did not feel was an appropriate resolution given the circumstances.
The Wi-Fi in the second room was very poor, making it difficult to watch anything without using mobile data.
The restaurant was also uncomfortably warm due to the AC not functioning properly, and we saw guests using portable fans.
Drinks were not included and were quite expensive — €15.50 for two large Cokes and a large bottle of still water, for example.
The rooftop restaurant was also very expensive, with fish and chips at €22 and items such as tuna ftira or a sausage ciabatta close to €10.
Housekeeping arriving around 5pm was inconvenient, particularly with a toddler who might be napping.
Lovely place and location. A very good breakfast.
Pools were too small and always crowded.
A félpanziós ellátás.
Ottima posizione. Buonissima la colazione. Bellissima la vita della piscina infinity .
Siamo stati davvero bene.
Peccato che all’interno dell’hotel, nessuno, dico nessuno, parlasse anche italiano.
