Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and it was easy to walk everywhere. It is very well maintained and everything looked brand new, nice modern design. Really good value for money comparing to other places we have stayed in Iceland.

Cons:

The room is quite small but the bathroom is very spacious, interestingly designed. There was 1 front desk staff who was not very friendly - might be too tired from many guests? The other guy who helped us to book the taxi was very nice. Thank you!

Good hotel in a good location
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location with good sized rooms. Good views and reasonable breakfast. Beds were comfortable and we had a very quiet room. Were given a welcome drink which was a very nice touch

Although we don’t spend much time at hotel it was clean comfortable and it was a perfect location in center of town. Made it easy to explore the city

Great location, nice rooms with friendly staff and breakfast included. What's not to love.

The hotel is in a great location for downtown, Th rooms are nice a spacious and the hotel staff are friendly. Great choice for the included breakfast as well. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We had 4 nights here and would gladly stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, problems and recommendations.

Cons:

Great location in downtown Reykjavik. Within walking distance of BSI bus terminal from the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. It was nice and quiet, incredibly clean and warm.

100% recommend!
Pros:

I would absolutely recommend Center Hotels Plaza for its fantastic location. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it’s just a two-minute walk to the main bus pick-up points for the airport and tours such as the Northern Lights and Golden Circle. It’s also perfectly central, making it easy to walk to all the main sights in the city.

The hotel itself was exactly what I expected and more. I messaged in advance to mention it was my friend’s birthday, and they kindly left a tasty treat in the room for our arrival, which was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I liked that you could choose how often you wanted your room cleaned.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast. I’d highly recommend including it — it’s great value and makes starting your day so easy without having to search for somewhere to eat.

I’ll definitely return and stay here again on my next trip to Iceland. Thank you!
