The rooms was disgusting floors are nasty towels was dirty bedding was looked dirty , around the fridge was dirty. It was like they didn't clean or mop ever

It was ok

Nothing. It is okay for a cheap stay. But the management will do one thing. Then will lie to make themselves look good.
It's sad how they are. Their nationality does not have any respect for women. The males feel that they are above any woman. Will attempt to talk down to you. That is something I don't like and can't accept..

This is nothing like it shows in the pictures on the internet and I cancel right away but they still charged me for one night even know I didn't stay there at all

Our stay was good but the area around the motel was very sketchy looking. The next door motel was very loud. You could smell pot every time you walked outside. There was a man who 2 different times while in the pool with my 13 year old son, walked to the dumpster area and took a pee.

Stayed there for 2 nights and everything was terrible all the way around

It was in a good location and convenient.

The only unexpected surprise was that at check-in I was told that there was a $50 CASH DEPOSIT. I didn't question it, however, luckily enough I happen to have $40 cash & that was accepted. I did not see & perhaps didn't see that when making the reservations. Nonetheless, the only thing I could think of, what would have happened if I didn't have any cash. Anyhow, all else whent okay.

Bed sheets where dirty and the floor looked like it hasnt been mopped in weeks

It was an awful day with a terrible room. The curtains were torn and dirty.

The location isn’t as close to Fair Park as it might seem at first glance, but let’s be real—if we knocked every hotel for a slightly misleading map pin, no one would get a good rating! Getting there can be a little tricky depending on which direction you’re coming from (typical big-city access road quirks), and Google Maps initially routed me through a residential area. That said, once I followed the provided directions, I found the entrance easily. Management was cool and professional. They only gave me a nudge when I lingered too long at checkout—totally on me. Overall, a fair stay with good service.

This place is not for frequent travelers.

Blankets and towels were stained.

I got to my room and the bed sheets were stained. The towels in the restrooms were stained. Rooms around us were being used for guys and their escorts.

The worst experience ever I wash my clothes the washing machine and dryer do not work the soda machines do not work they let you put your money in give you change and don't tell you nothing the rooms are raggedy everything is out of place horrible customer service horrible horrible will never again

The staff r very friendly and welcoming they go above and beyond to do whatever it is to help someone and very understanding and after everything going on with me right now in my life I really appreciate and needed someone to understand me
