Pros:

Excelente ubicación y trato
Pros:

El hombre que nos atendió en recepción fue un encanto. Nos ayudó con todo y nos reservó un taxi para el día siguiente.
La ubicación es excelente a 3 minutos caminando de la Torre y el desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Las instalaciones un poco antiguas.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location!
Pros:

Amazing location,we could see the leaning tower from our bedroom balcony in room 44. Room was spotless and bed made daily with fresh towels. Lovely continental breakfast each morning. Staff very friendly. Reception booked us a taxi for our journey back to the airport early on our last morning. A brilliant hotel as a base for sightseeing in Pisa. Also only 20 minute walk to central train station for any day trips. We went to Florence,Lucca and Cinque Terre. Loved our trip to Italy so much.

Cons:

Really can’t find say anything bad at all. A kettle in the room could have been handy but that isn’t a big issue at all.
