This is our third time staying here. We absolutely love it. It's a great location. Close, but not too close. 6 minutes to Disney Springs. We'll be back next year!

We booked the hotel through hotels.com and when we got to the property they didn’t have the reservation. The hotel staff seemed clueless as to help us. We waisted over an hour trying to resolve the issue. The front desk agent never heard of hotels: com

Terrible. Unit was very noisy from being located very near to a highway. Parking lot bright lights shine right into the bedrooms so you are unable to sleep. The window treatment is very thin and doesn't block lighting. Some of the things in the unit did not work properly. Wild animals around the property and there is feces in the stairway that is used to get up and down to the unit. Garbage was left outside the units and the animals would tear the bags and junk all over the place. Not good for the price that was charged.

1st room smelled run down furniture. 2nd room someone had been there underwear on floor bes not made bathroom hot mess. Office closed. Security gaurd karen found us a room since hotel was closed. We stayed in room no key and had to visit office in the morning. Sad this place used to be nice. 20 minutes at checkout to get a receipt and clerk could not provide. Shame grest location but we will not be back. They offered no compensation except manager sad she was sorry.

WorldQuest Resort Orlando has been my favorite hotel for over 10 years. It's like the comforts of home, and my family and friends love it. I also really liked the new modern decor, although the old decor was very nice and classic.
