Pros:

Friendly staff set the tone for a pleasant stay. They seemed like a family toward each other, which also was nice. Very clean and modern, with touches like you don't always see at a budget place -- nice seating area, little office space, gym, Netflix and other apps on TV, good breakfast.

Cons:

Can't think of a thing! Stayed in a Day's Inn (also Wyndham) for $5 less the next night and it was about 50% lower in value, so it made me appreciate the Microtel even more!

Très bon emplacement et très paisible.
Le personnel est vraiment accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner est super varié et il y a une machine à pancakes excellente. Tout le monde peut trouver son bonheur.

This place was conveniently located near our kids’ apartment. Beautiful property. Comfy bed.
Pros:

It was very clean and smelled good.

Cons:

The toilet kept running, but once we told the front desk, she made a note of it to tell maintenance.

We stayed for 1 night. The staff we met were very friendly, the room was clean, and we felt safe.
Pros:

The staff we met were very friendly. The building was clean and we felt safe.
Breakfast was as expected but it didn't appeal to us. The rooms were roomy & comfy.
If we have reason to come to the area again, we consider this place again.

Cons:

The only small issue is that the coffee was terrible. We are regular, old school coffee drinkers so it doesn't take a whole lot to make us happy.
